We changed our service provider during the year, are we required to get the old one's SOC-1 Type II for this year's audit?

Good question. As long as the terms of business especially the CSOC parameters are the same, you can wait it out till the next cycle. I still advice you to have a quick word with your CPA on the same.... unless ofcourse you are looking at changing your CPA as well... You can then ask us :)
