Great video . Just had my service at main dealer and said i need to replace my pollen filter , told them to leave it for now as the

Good how to presentation. The likes of Mann and Hengst provide install PDFs on their website but good to see the job in action. The filter is split in two for out/in purposes because of obstacles adjacent to the filter access.

Your cap was so easy to remove. Mine was impossible by hand, but sticking the end of needle-nosed pliers in managed to unlatch it.

The filters themselves look like you could just clean the dust and debris out and put them straight back in and save $$s. I would have done that had I looked at them first.

I just changed mine and it was a one piece filter, even though I got two filters in the packet

Which way do you put Left and Right side of the filters back in?

Good question, L is on top he hasn't shown the bottom one, should it be L or Right all he said was air flow
