Star insurance should simply the procedures rather than going thru their app .. this is too long process. Once card is shown to hospitals they should be able to accept the patient and same in labs, pharmacies etc. I don’t prefer this card at all .. rather use my money and consult doctor ..

Star is giving the list of network hospital and clinic. When we enquired about opd insurance coverage in nearby three hospital and clinic they refuse. Informed this matter to star customer care. No explanation/clarification from star.
