- In this video we begin our newest Mini Bike build, The MB-200! We are planning on using this one as an off road race bike. We had a stage 4 built Tillotson on the shelf that we put on this thing with a juggernaut torque converter. We added the GoPowerSports Superpipe exhuast and heat shield panel, as well as a real tank for more fuel range and capacity. It turned out great and we were able to knock out the majority of the build in a few hours! All parts links below!

I don't know why GPS just don't sell the Mb with better upgrades already on the bike. Better suspesion, motor, valve springs etc etc? End up taking off all those parts and just laying around.
Another tip: although all of the bearings are the sealed type, you can use a pick tool and pry off one of the covers, then push in some quality grease like Mobil1. You don't even have to solvent wash out the old grease, just push in the new grease to force the old out. The grease the factory uses is not good at all. You'll be glad you did this.

I suggest some pipe wrap on the “mufkin “. For safety. Really looks sweet. Hope you do well. 2nd gas tank could be reserve tank with Y adapter and shut off valve.
That's the plan for the tank. The side plate from gps keeps your leg off the pipe with 1 person. Never got close to being burned. Maybe with 2 people it might get close.

You could turn an old claw foot bathtub into a go cart . Who knows what you can think of. Also you could ask your subs foe ideas !

Keep stock Tillitson gas tank as a reserve tank. Just make some beauty panels to hide it.
Use the stock tank all the time. When you run out of gas. Stop and fill it by gravity to stock tank. Might get two refuels from the upper tank. That would’ve sweet

Nice bike but looks like the exact same thing Red Beard did 2 weeks ago. Hope you add some custom touches. I get it, GPS sends you guys the same stuff. Looking forward to you guys building it up in the future.
Next episode we give it some custom touches but nothing too crazy because It's a pretty stout bike as-is. I think for the crazier mods we'd use a different platform
I got the same setup I'm having an issue where the bolt for the juggernaut is to short did yall just use a longer bolt for it if so what size?

any idea why after only about 10 hours of use, idling seems to go up and the bike wants to surgery forward when starting? the black plastic "idle screw" doesn't seem to change anything at all...

Hey guys I need help im rebuilding my minibike engine and I have a problem, I posted a 40 second clip on my channel if someone can watch and tell me soni dont waste more time and money throwing parts at it.
When the engine is apart are you able to determine where the knock is coming from? (I'm thinking probably somewhere between the rod and crank). A hone and new piston are probably definitely needed regardless, you'll have to make the call on if its worth it or not to fix or to get a new engine. hope that helps!
@@BuildBreakRepeat it does have a small amount of play between the crank and rod, I had to smoothen the crank journal alot because it had aluminum leftover from the previous rod seizing to it. Should their be any play at all or 0? Did you see the video on my channel, it looks like the piston is scraping really bad on the side walls. Thanks for the response!
The vid I posted only shows the scratching on the piston skirt especially, and the top and bottom sides of the cylinder. Maybe I should just buy a new crankshaft. Then it'll be 100% new parts. I just got the billett flywheel, billett rod and ordered a new arc piston.
@@Partnerthedog I saw your video, It seems like the play is causing the scoring. Sounds like a good plan, I think a new crankshaft should solve your problems. Hope the build goes well!
