10:40 No sergeant. The aim is not to get attention. But if attention is raised then the aim is to show that the attention was misplaced, was stupid, and that the the person who ends up embarrassed and the butt of jokes and derision is the person who raised it.

Haha you got owned. The police officer perfectly explained why people wearing masks around military instillations in London are suspicious and asked you if you can see why. That was fantastic because you then exposed yourself by pretending you didn’t understand and you then insulted the military officer giving the game away. That’s the thing about the auditors they always catch themselves out. You don’t do it for any noble reason as you demonstrated here. It’s purely to waste police time to help criminals and get attention. Low life scum

You ring the Police who are just a mile down the road.

About 30 minutes later the guy trying to break into the car walks across the road and into a house, before coming back out to try again a bit later, and you realise that he's most likely the owner of the car.
You ring the Police back after around an hour, and they still claim "they're on their way."

I've recently started wearing one and I keep my phone in a faraday bag so I can't be geo-tracked - if people were aware of how much data they are giving to government they'd be disturbed, I certainly was after I looked into it. Government have access to all public service CCTV and can run it through their AI powered facial recognition system overlayed with Digital Data tracking so they know who you are, where you are and have been and what you've been upto (eg buying things with bank cards).
They can't track you down if you're phone is in a faraday bag (even when turned off they can still track smart phones) and you have a balaclava on. Unless ofc, they manually search for you ofc; but they'd only do so if you'ree a fugitive - if you just an average joe blogs, you're just protecting your personal data.

I live in NZ our govt has prohibited police using facial recognition as a breach of privacy. Britain is way more prescriptive. These guys will be on an intelligence data base and everywhere they go will be recorded by CCTV and uploaded by police. No wonder they have no time to investigate crime.
