I think Storm Tornado is the easiest ability to beat Ultimate Cup Z with. It's fast, it does damage, it hovers in the air to dodge grounded attacks, and it sucks up stars and turns them into homing projectiles. It also MELTS Chaos Elfilis, since it sucks up the little balls and uses them as stars.
Needle is also suprisingly good for Elfilis.
@@Missingno_Miner Yeah, Chaos Elfilis's balls make the three best abilities for fighting that stage specifically be Tornado Kirby, Needle Kirby, and Normal Kirby.

Upgraded Morpho sword is also pretty good for that fight
