Korn has been saying their next album is their heaviest album since 1997
Issues was their heaviest album outside of self titled. Untouchables was ok and everything after that has been garbage.
True
@@danielwerner5882 You need to check out their 4 latest albums.
lol was thinkin exactly the same thing before I clicked the video
Yes but we all know the first album is their heaviest ever!!! 🤘🏽😇🐶30
The serenity of suffering is their most underrated album, so good from start to finish
I agree. An amazing album and so heavy!
Yes, a pullet agrees
I agree
Issues and Serenity of Suffering are my top two
See You On the Other Side, tho
Always down for new Korn music
Greatest new metal band there is they kicked off the greatest genre on my opinion
@@Lilmickcrocodiledundee0001there are waaay better nu metal bands out there
@@aaaflat Name some
@@FUCKINGENIOUSslipknot obviously, mudvayne, static x, staind?
💯 🔥
the bass in korn music is iconic. amazing band.
did you ever listen to the album head did when he left KoRn? It hit harder then anything KoRn did at the time. Sure it has religious tones but it still rocks hard. Plus with a song named Die Religion Die you can't go wrong.
IcOniC
😂😂😂
Hopefully fieldy comes back 4 the album
@@Michael-eu1mzdamn I didn't know he was MIA what's going on with him??
New Korn?! Hell yeah, bring it!
Still got my old 90's cassettes of Korn great music to walk home from school to especially on a shitty day.
I just hope fieldy comes back soon, I miss his bass
Can't wait for the new stuff. Very few bands can put out new music 20-30 years into their career and it actually be good but Korn has done it again and again. They don't miss.
100% agree. They had some lows, but every album is still very good and since 2016 they returned to their full force!
@@Blyeat2 For sure, ever since head has been back they've put out good to really good albums.
Yeye!! 🤘🏽😇🐶
Untouchables is their greatest. Absolutely timeless
You could say…. It’s untouchable
My fave too. Jonathan Davis's fave as well. What a classic.🥰
The dubstep album is called 'The path of totality' but regardless the album is bomb, and i still remember listening to it and being amazed on a bus ride home.
It's also an obvious move They experiment with current electronic trends. Always have, to some extent
it was a game changer to show how well neuro-style and super aggro production goes well with metal!
ikr i love it
Yep not serenity
Both great albums
Came to see if someone said this.
They ALWAYS say that. Go back to any PR for the next album and you'll always find the phrase "heavier, more groove oriented"
Thanks for making me feel old! 9 years old?! Saw Korn when they opened up at the Newport Music Hall, Columbus, Ohio, 1995, for Danzig. The other opening act was another unheard of band, Marilyn Manson. Korn went first, then Manson, then Danzig.
That's must've been legit!
issues is older than most people complaining about "issues" on social media like twitter. I feel like a fossil lol.
@@professorpenne9962this is underrated lmao
@@professorpenne9962ain’t that the truth! 💯
Fossil. Haha… I was 20 when Issues came out. Solid album. I haven’t cared for much after Take a Look in the Mirror.
That must have been an awesome show dude! The good “ol’ days!” That was KoRn’s best era in my opinion. The adidas tracksuit wearing era was the best!
They'll never get that old sound and feel with the drummer they have
Exactly.. David was such a huge part of their sound, and unfortunately he’s not the drummer he used to be either.. Korn is mostly just hype nowadays.. Their first 3 records (minus the rap crap) were the best by far
the new drummer fits more in slipknot, I remember the first time I heard the double pedal in a korn song (the remember who you are album) and it was weird af, and had no groove, just straight mashing that drum :D the new drummer is a good drummer, but has to listen to more red hot chili peppers and more 80s funk to get the groove
Wish they'd name one of their albums "On The Kob". New Korn On The Kob! 🌽
Korn "On the Kobwebs"
@@TheAlam0it wasnt funny, your “punch up” made it less funnt
That was Korny
Oh that's hilarious... not
Probably would be a good name for a b-sides and demos album
Knowing that Korn is working on new songs is something amazing, and having Jonathan come to the studio every day is something unique. Really looking forward to new songs, new album, always looking forward to more Korn!
Stoooked! I'm gonna be 40 this year and I have loved koRn since I was 14. If Brian is saying it is OG-heavy, I bet it is. Love that dude. He's just a great dude all around. 😎👊
if it's as heavy as the first album then i'm gonna be listening to it alot
The Paradigm Shift was my favorite album since take a look in the mirror
Same here! Both albums underrated AF too
Underrated album
I love the paradigm shift it gets to much hate
FOR ME
1st two albums nothing in between and last 4 albums are the ones i like
@@anthonybrunke839 fuck yea bro!
Looking forward to it! I'll never forget the first time I ever heard Blind! Friend I met online picked me up for the first time and blasted this in the car, will never forget that night!🤘
This is great news ❣️Korn is one of my favorites 🖤
I'm seeing them in September for the 4th time and it's on my freaking birthday 🤘
not one of them tools spending 600 on a ticket i hope xD
What a nice thing to wake up to as a Korn fan. I’m excited!
2 debut albums when i was 14/15 Machineheads Burn My Eyes and Korn-Korn both still continue to fukkn bang and im 43 now. I miss the nineties like a mutherfkkr.
Damn! I miss the 90s to bro. 😎
"Take a look in the mirror" was made without a label, produced by themselves, and is one of my favorite albums of all time, so hearing that the new album it is being recorded in similar conditions makes me really happy
Hell yes! I’ve been listening to KoRn since I was like 8 years old, freaking love this band man! Cannot wait for some new music and may even have to drive 4hrs to see them!
I’m looking forward to the new music and tour- just ❤️ me some Korn- they can do no wrong in my eyes. 😊
I was a manager of Blockbuster Music when I received a promo of their upcoming first album. I was hooked and have been since then. Big-time Longtime Fan right here!!!
KoRn, Sevendust, Nonpoint, and Static X are my favorite bands within the Nu-Metal realm!
I love Nonpoint too. In fact I have a Nonpoint tattoo that says. NONPOINT Forever and their logo and also another that says Alive And Kicking🖤❤️
sevendust is insanely underrated. lajon is one of my favorite vocalists of all time but the whole band has put out bangers for decades.
Yep those bands are golden. Static x new songs from regenerate album are dope too
So excited!!! Can't wait to hear the new music!🎶🎼
One of the best live bands ever!
Yo... FACTS!!! They lay that shit down and are fuckin incredible like they were on the albums, if not better!
Korn my top 5 of all time since I seen them in 96! Solid band year in year out! 👍🏾
Korn goes hard live, just like if it was back in the day, the only thing missing is David then after that they are complete!
Their dubstep record was called the path of totality, BTW
Yeah I was like wtf lol
I was wondering if anyone else caught that
And the host said he was a KoRn fan 😂😂
Korn = Life
is peachy
Got The
Korn (self titled) ,Life is Peachy, Take a look in the Mirror and Serenity of Suffering, you take the ingredients from those 4 albums, throw in a bowl and mix them up and you have one badass heavy sumbitch of an album. Just my opinion. BTW, any word on Fieldy?
Ohh, I'm very happy!! I hope to see you live again soon!! Love Brian❤💋🤘👍
The million dollar question........................will Fieldy be there on tour ????
Probably just recording
Follow the leader & issues are my favorite albums. If they went back to that sound, I'd be down for it
The Nothing and Requiem were great. So im looking forward to hearing new stuff. Honestly theyve never released a BAD album tho. Cant wait to hear it.
Im good. I hope they keep kicking ass though. Sometimes your favorite band and you evolve in different directions.
Man thanks for sharing this! I didnt even know Korn is touring the US... after seeing this video I went and bought a ticket. So excited, I cant wait!!!
the dubstep album is called "path of totality" serenity of suffering was not a dubstep album and came it out much later.
He didn’t say it was. He mentioned the albums in succession
The Path of Totality is the dubstep album. The Serenity of Suffering has Insane, Take Me, Rotting in Vain, etc. Love both albums
Requiem was great. It took me a few tries to get used to it but now it’s my favourite album they’ve done since See You on the Other Side. I hope this album is great too.
Another new Korn album? Hellyeah, I'm down for it!
i would love a super raw sound resonating from their first couple albums, so unbeatable
they say this on every album.
Been listening to korn since 96, love everything they do.
Im really looking forward to their new Music🤟🏼
I personally would love to hear something in the vein of self titled or issues again. Love Korn.
I can't wait, I love every album and if they are coming out with something heavy I'm even more excited!
I’m old but I love Korn! They can rock a stage! 👍
We need Fieldy back!!
And David
Did he left KoRn ???
No we don’t
@@florianrenner8573 he said he's on hiatus because he started drinking and bad habits again
Can’t wait to see Korn in August. Never seen them before. It’s something I can tick off my bucket list! Wargasm are supporting which should be a good time 😃
I absolutely love Korn and I cannot wait for this new album. 😍
Just bought my tickets to their show here in October. Can't wait!
I'm a heavy bass lover so when I heard Korn for the first time I was hooked!!!
Excited to know they’re very pleased with it themselves!
I saw Korn, Deftones and Stone Sour on the Family Values Tour back in 06 in San Bernardino CA. Shit was lit.
Been a Korn fan since the 1st Album... I would Love to see another debut style album, as that's still the Heaviest and Best!
Exciting.
It’s cool they’ve been around for 30 years. Proud of them and everything they’ve overcome over the years.
So freakin excited!
A lonely life, where no one understands you
But don't give up, because the music do
Music do, music do
Music do, music do
Music do, music do
Literally they always say “our heaviest album yet”
Korn is my favorite band of all time. I can't wait for this new album to come out.
Can't wait for the new album and soo stoked they are coming to AZ🤘🤘
I love Korn even more so live! I will be at this show when they hit Toronto in Sept. Can't wait!
but you can practically youtube the show they'll do now, its either gonna be ST which they've already done, or the singles and you can guess 15 songs of a 17 song setlist..
@@CyPhaSaRin So what's your point? If you are not into concerts for whatever reason, that is fine, we weren't exactly asking permission lol! I happen to enjoy concerts, despite hearing the same songs, in fact, I like that I know the songs at least, but I am there for the energy and the like minded fans just having a good time. Metal is a community and part of that community is going to concerts and enjoying the fun together. It's called supporting the artist, you should try it its fun!
I was 15 when blind came out! It changed my world! Love korn!!
Maybe two weeks ago I was thinking about when korn wil make a new album and today I see this video, crazy, lol. Just what I needed now, hearing that korn is gonna surprise us ...... again 🤘😍🤘 I really can't wait to hear this new bomb 🤩
That’s my guy Brian head his tone on that guitar 🎸 is fire 🔥
I love KoRn so god damn much, anything they have planned I'm taking it.
Some Great news, Korn is iconic and they were a big part of the soundtrack to my high school years. I am 40 and Korn still sounds amazing and they are one of the best live bands. I still go back to their early albums and entire catalog. I guess I am one of the weirdos but I loved the sound and tone that Untouchables had, you can tell when you listen to it they spent a lot of money, very polished. Their first five albums to me are solid albums and really just so original. They do what they want and don't fear public opinion. Keep Rocking Korn. Also, the dubstep album is The path of Totality, not Serenity of Suffering.
I'm so sad the tour isn't coming to NY. I'll have to travel again to see the best band in the world!!
Its On !!!!
Im a true fan through and through i already have 4 tickets for their upcoming tour. Serenity of suffering was great. Paradigm shift great , Im here and i want to be shocked !!!!!
They really deserve this second coming of the band. Korn have aged so well!!
❤️Korn❤️
Thank you for reminding me of serenity of suffering
I saw Korn the first time in 1995 when they opened up for Megadeth. Fear Factory, Fear, Flotsam And Jetsam and a local band played that show also, it was one hell of a multi genre show and still remember it like it was last weekend!!!
I love the sound of that 🤘🏼.
I think it's safe to say it sounds like they are working with Michael Beinhorn again. That would be insane and I hope this will be proven right.
You meant path of totality ❤
At the ACC in Toronto, it was pissing rain before the doors opened for .5 The Grey Chapter Slipknot/Korn show. I was taking my 14 yr old son and his best freind. Anyways in lieu of standing and getting soaked, we walked to the south side of the arena and through a taped off area that had some roof for shelter. A security guy was telling me i had to get the kids out of the restricited area. Jonathon showed up out of nowhere and said we were with him! We hung at the busses pre show and when it was time to go in to the show, Jonathon got that same security guy to bring us through some private doors and into the venue. We didn't even need to show our tickets. He said to the security to remember us and let us back to the bus area after the show. Trying to shorten this long story, i have some amazing pictures with Korn and Slipknot (masks and unmasked). Jim Root really liked my kids Dead Kennedys hoody, but it didn't fit him, otherwise it would have been his. All great guys.
I love Korn, but honestly - that is what every Musician would say about their upcoming album...
"we have been closer than ever before"..."it's the heaviest we've done since XYZ"..."its oldschool with a modern twist".
That marketing, ladies n gents...
Yet, super stoked about the upcoming record.
I am a korn fan from the very beginning and i like every album, they all have good songs and all albums sound different.
SOS is very intense and heavy. If it sounds like that I'll be very happy
Korn has pretty much said this kind of thing before every release the last 30 years… and well ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Always down for new korn \m/
I love Korn. They’re are one of, if not the main reason(s) I became a musician. But they have been saying that their next album will be heavier than the last for years lol
That is awesome! 🤘🏻✌🏼😊
It’ll never be as heavy without Dave behind the kit but I am looking forward to seeing them with Gojira and Spiritbox.. 🤟
Ray plays circles around David. It’s 2024, get over it.
@travisspaulding9540 Ray will but David's drums had that sound man. That snare that popped. That's all sound. Wish they would record Ray's drums like that. Newer albums the snare sounds muffled and over produced. Love that early Korn loud snare pop.
Saw Korn and White Zombie in Bakersfield circa 99. Was awesome
Man a korn pod would go harddd
Havent been a big fan of the later albums but i must say im a huge Ray Luzier fan hes a absolute beast behind the drum kit and is a hell of a showman and such a down-to-earth guy but anyways I hope this album is heavy and they get back to the roots but keep kicking ass Rock Feed love your content and coverage man you're highly appreciated my household big thumbs up to you
the dubstep album is the path of totality. The serenity of suffering was two albums after that and was one of their heavier modern albums
My favorite band ever 💕
Serenity of Suffering in 2016 Was my favorite album since Head came back. I still listen to that album front to back all the time. Wasn't that into the last one. I thought it was average.
Whenever Korn releases a new album, you can never guess what your gonna get 😂
heaviest yet from korn is needed to relax these restless days
this video gets a massive thumbs up from me i love your shirt !
Last one is realy great. Remember me old Korn. Lets see this new one.
