In this episode, Olivier Giroud talks to Graham Hunter about his brilliant new autobiography called Always Believe, and discusses the euphoria that broke out after he set up the winning goal against Lille in 2012 which all but clinched Montpellier’s only top-flight title.
He also reveals he believes was destined to play for Arsenal AC Milan, the pain he feels for his brother who didn't make it as a footballer, and some amazing stories from behind the scenes of France's World Cup win in 2018.

Olivier is such an incredible player and seemingly incredible person. I will never understand why he gets so much unwarranted criticism. You don't just become the leading goal scorer in France's history by a fluke. His hold up play and one touch passing is some of the best in history, and his finishing is world class. I was there inside the Emirates stadium when Giroud, Cazorla, and Wilshere scored that tremendous goal. We didn’t fully absorb the beauty till it was replayed on the big screens. You can hear our awes in the video.
