In my opinion, with the addition of KD alone, will not be enough for Goldenstate to be a good team in the recent NBA league. We should also, consider that some teams have tall, faster, young players than KD, that can shoot both from the three points line or slash their way into a layup or dunk inside.
Goldenstate should adapt, to the other teams the way, that those other teams adapted to their play style. They should drop the small ball line up and go with taller players, that can contribute into defense and be able to help free up their shooters, or take it into the inside for a dunk or a layup as well. A healthy mix of vets and rookies are always the formula that worked for Goldenstate.
