3:22 LA? I'm in southern california too - the last vegan view crowd was from the south. Crazy how everyone came to be near me. I do make the veganness happen here - I guess my influence paid off? Then again - can't do it without the help of others here that got me to be in the vegan direction.

today I made eucalyptus syrup with eucalyptus leaves I plucked myself. Then I added elderflower syrup and spiced pear soda. Well that's what I had to drink. I'm going to have a falafel wrap, since I ate a vegan pho earlier. I got my friend an eat meati steak and chicken with vegan steak sauce and timut pepper. Then again I gave them coconut aminos to go with it. I also gave them a vegan nutella for dessert. They should be proud. I'm kidding - they're proud because I gave them kelp pickles to go with it! Yesterday I ate vertically farmed microgreens and baby greens along with cacao dried fruit and its juice. I was looking for jicama tortillas - but couldn't find them. Idk where they went. I guess I snoozed and losed lol. I did have a hazelnut chocolate cup - I like the trader joes sunflower ones better tbh.
7:01 I try to avoid cane sugar too - it's hard. I can't avoid sugar in foods, but I feel it makes food taste bitter and takes away from the taste overall. I wish I didn't have cane sugar in my food.

9:51 they have a jinya where I live, but I avoid it - due to the animal products. I try to go to vegan only places. However, it's good to know about the vegan options - in case there's nothing else around. Not going to lie - I still go to non-vegan places, but I try not to so much.

Hi - I’ve been looking for an article one of you posted in response to a person posting about animal testing of the haem in impossible and beyond burger, in the article it mentioned how chefs sometimes have to taste eggs / beef etc in recipe development when making vegan versions. I’ve been searching for that article but no luck please could you send me a link ?
realize I was a believer in faux animal products and a promoter of it - and investor. Now I look past all that to what's truly vegan.

me neither - I don't do almonds because of california's situation and the bees. Plus almonds are pretty bland. People do elmhurst instead - which has a greater selection. The others left due to too much going on in their life.
