I am using Seagate external hard drive with password protection i didn't set reset password I forgot the password is there any chance of data recovery pls answer

Sir, Once disconnect the external hard drive from your Pc.
Restart the Pc.
Keep internet Active. Now connect the external hard drive to another USB port of your Pc and Check..
No readable volumes show kar rha hai, trouble shooting me format karne ke liye bta rhe hai lekin vha write protected aa rha hai
Sir, ekbar external hard drive ko safe remove karke phirse aap ke system ke dusre usb port mai connect karke check kijiye.

1)drive connected hone ke bad startup.exe run kiya aur mail dala o process me alg mail
2)aur website pe krte smay alag mail
sir, registration karte wakt jish mail me aap ko segate tarph se ek confirm mail aya hoga. woh mail he aap ka conformed hai. dusre mails ko ignore kijiye.
agar aap ko har ek mail me reply aya tho, aap ko segate ke website me customer care ko phone karke ya chat karke unko batana hoga ek mail hi rakhnekeliye, dusere mail ko delete karne ke liye. customer care ko contact karnse pehele aap ka hard drive ka serial no, aap ka confirmed mail, aap ka mobile number bata na hoga. woh aap ke data ko update karlenge.

Agar aap ka usega jyada hai tho 5tb capacity choose kijiye.
Agar aap ka usage basic/ normal hai tho 1tb / 2tb lijiye.

Or jb m new account create krne ke liye sign in kr rhi hu to e-mail id ka is letter type krte hi usney meri other details like name mobile number ab auto fill kr diya

sir, aap segate customer care pe phone karke unko aap jo problem show kar raha hai unko bataye. customer care ka number aap segate hard disk ka box pack upar dekh sakte hai. aap unko phone karne se pehele aap purchase bill, aur box pack, aur hard disk, aur app ka hard disk model no, aap apne system ke samne reheke unko call kijiye. woh aap ka problem solve kardenge online me.
dusra tarika :- aap segate customer care ka email id box uper dekh sakte hai. unko aap mail bhi kar sakte hai. aap ka problem hai uska screen shot leke ya mobile phone me photo capture karke mail me attach kijiye. aur aap ka purchase bill ko bhi scan karke usko mail me attach kijiye. aur mail clearly aap ka hard disk ka model no, aap ka nam, aap ka email id, jobhi problem face kar rahe hai uske details mail pe likhiye. clearly subkuch mention kijiye. jarror aap ko unke tarph se reply ayega.

sir, register karte wakth external hard drive ke back side jho SERIAL NUMBER hai, oh sahi tarikese fill karni hai. Aap aur ek bar check karlijiye oh serial number. phirse oh serial number dal ke check kijiye.
phirbhi problem arhihai tho aap purchase bill aur aap ka external hard drive ko paas me rakh ke Seagate customer care ko turant inform kijiye. Box pack ke piche aap customer care number dekh sakte hai.
