I have given 4 x 18tb drives on 03/Jun/24 and status still showing booked for allocation on checking . Is this normal or can they deny the replacement ? Please help. Am from mumbai too

Yeah they might repair your Hard Disk by taking some charges, but just to be on the safer side, contact the service center first and check whether if they'll repair your Hard Disk or not.
@@WithSam bro for data recovery they send the hdd to their Netherlands facility and for that we have to pay customs which is almost equal to a new hdd so whats the point of having data recovery of Seagate?
One can opt for the Data Recovery iland pay that amount only if the Data that might lose can't be lost at ANY COST. Only then, is the money worth spending. Otherwise you can opt for a new HDD
