2 linguri de zahar
1 pachet budinca de vanilie Dr. Oetker
amestecam cateva linguri de lapte in budinca
restul de lapte pana la 500 ml il punem la fiert
adaugam budinca noastra rehidratata in laptele fierbinte
se va coagula repede
500 gr de mere dulci rase
300 gr ananas taiat cubulete proaspat nu din compot!
merele si ananasul o sa lase suc
insiropam tortul cu cafea neindulcita (optional)
intindem crema de mere si ananas
impartita crema in 3 parti egale, si punem o treime
intindem crema cat de uniform posibil
crema trebuie sa fie fierbinte cand o punem pe tort
adaugam al doilea blat de tort
insiropam cu cafea si al doilea blat de tort
adaugam a 2a treime de crema
adaugam al 3lea blat de tort
insiropam cu cafea si al 3lea blat de tort
adaugam a 3a treime de crema si ultima
Apple pineapple cream
2 spoons of sugar
1 package Dr. Oetker vanilla pudding
I mix a few spoons of milk in the pudding
boil the rest of the milk up to 500 ml
add our rehydrated pudding to the hot milk
it will coagulate quickly
500 g grated sweet apples
300 g of fresh diced pineapple, not from compote!
apples and pineapple will leave juice
syrup the cake with unsweetened coffee (optional)
spread the apple and pineapple cream
divide the cream into 3 equal parts, and put a third
spread the cream as evenly as possible
the cream must be hot when we put it on the cake
add the second cake layer
we sprinkle with coffee and the second cake top
add the second third of the cream
add the 3rd layer of cake
syrup with coffee and the 3rd cake top
add the 3rd third of the cream and the last
