Zontes presented the 350E here in Brazil at an exhibition fair last year, but still hasn’t brought it to the stores (maybe later this year only). I currently have a Yamaha XMAX, and I’m thinking about trading it in for the Zontes. Your videos are helping me with this decision, as we still have almost zero content about the 350E in my country. Thank you for the amazing videos!

Very good video. Thank you! What you should keep in mind is that up to 1000 km you should treat the bike with care without revving it too high until the break-in is complete. Otherwise there is a danger that the engine won't adjust and it will end up consuming a lot of oil. It is a slow and tedious process, but it is worth it. Then the bike changes, it runs better, the thrust is more noticeable, the difference between E and S mode, it consumes less and even the sound changes. I've had mine for 10 months and 6000km and I'm in love with it. Enjoy the great bike!

bought mine in january but havent got the time to long ride yet. use as daily commute to work around 40km 2-way. anyway, i love "just you & your machine, alone with your thought in your helmet". i can almost feel every words you say about that open road

În terms of an all rounder curentntly especially for the touring part I think it's unbeatable considering the price.
Love it when you said heated grips in the uk we can’t get factory heated grips dealers sell the bikes but you can’t get the accessories I saw them on ALI EXPRESS website but he doesn’t deliver to Scotland come on zontes rectify this problem I even had trouble getting an oil filter for my zontes 310m

You can mirror your phone via the connect menu and Carbit Ride app on your phone and have full screen whatever maps/navigation you prefer while at the bottom showing speed rpm fuel and temperature, voltage etc.
I know the carbit app but android auto just works better and they should ditch their app and just give it android auto and Apple car play connectivity.

Hello... Zontes people have told me that in first 1000km, Eco mode is default no matter what you choose. After that Sport can be used. And I've seen the some Portuguese review, and supposedly there's a significant difference between modes. I'm also thinking of E350, mainly because of possible luggage space and comfort for touring (now I have Beverly 400)... Although Zontes is stronger on paper, performance wise, I still haven't been able to confirm that. Also, Zontes should have better fuel consumption than Beverly, but based on this review this is actually not the case... for now...
Depending on what you want I would consider 1) Sym Maxsym 400 2) QJ Fort 350 3)SYM HD 300, apart from the zontes E350.
The HD doesn't have the same leg room or speed, the maxsym 400 I love the engine and the dynamics of it but it's a bit tall for me and the QJ I haven't ridden it yet.
@@RideWithAlex I am around 1,80 and I can put my feet flat on the QJ I have had it up to 134 kms at 6700revs you will love the qj with a good top box

I want one, (Zontes 350E)! About the only other bike in the US that would be comparable, (my opinion), would be Kymco’s AK550, (as we don’t have the Yamaha TMax either)?! Great ride & comments as always! Enjoy watching your rides as much as watching NETFLIX & Prime! Carry on………Rola (Oregon / USA).

Hola Alex! Buen vídeo! Estaba esperando que subieras la revisión del Zontes! Te sigo desde hace unos meses desde el salón de Italia! Soy de Barcelona, estoy al tanto de esta Zontes E350, pero tengo dudas con ella!😅 Estaría genial que pudieras traer al canal la Voge Sr4Max T, la nueva versión con pantalla regulable, puños y asiento calefactable.
Actualmente tengo un Suzuki Burgman 200 del 2013 con 20.000km que compre de 2a mano hace poco y estoy encantado con ella, lo que las suspensiones son muy duras, por eso estoy valorando entre Zontes e350, Voge sr4 y Honda Forza 350.
Sobre la Zontes me tira para atrás los cambios de aceite cada 4.000km, la llave keyless y sus pitidos, los neumáticos, suspensiones y las calidades de materiales en diferencia a la Voge o Honda.
At the moment I don't have access to Voge to see their scooters. But if I will you will se a video about it :)
Really enjoyed the video Alex, this bike is great, sadly in the UK, I dont think we'll see it anytime soon as the m310 has not sold well. Plenty of dealers sitting on unsold stock. Disapointing really. I do realky fancy one.

Hello Alex! Thanks for the review. I hope you have one some time and we get to know this 'touring beast' better. As I see, a future purchase is waiting for you😅! I was keeping my eye on this machine since the first news came with the 310M, what is this brand, what kind of scooters they make. Well, it seems quite good, the only bad point in my mind is the fuel consumption. It's very high. I can only compare it with my xmax 300 (which is not as multitasking and well sorted as this), but the fuel consumption should be around 3,5-3,8 l/100km I think.
Anyway you have something to think about!😊
Btw I like the highway music, and also loved it in your previous road trips.

Thank you, tbh in the given conditions the I think the fuel consumption is quite good. In the summer and after the engine is fully broken in it should be bellow 4l/100km especially if you're not as heavy on the throttle as I am :))
@@RideWithAlex My hand is like a feather tbh. All of my scooters need less fuel than the catalogue official data. I hope you have the chance to redo this road trip or do another "work tour".
Nice scooter, what you tell me about this against Cruisym 300? In terms of comfort, stability and breaks primarily...
Comfort is about the same, so is stability and brakes. Power is different and quality of life improvements, like the keyless system, the electric windshield, the TFT dash, the tpms system.
Salut Alex, pe lista ta virtuala de upgrade de la Symphony ST 200 ce ai plasa la acest moment in primele pozitii? O sa urci vreodata de la cei aprox 150cc la 300cc, in contextul in care mergi preponderent urban cu el? Motorul de pe SYM DRG 160 nu prea pare sa ajunga si la noi prea curand din pacate, nu?
Momentan ma uit la 3-400cc iar acesta este destul de sus pe lista. Dar momentan nu am buget asa ca doar studiez :))
Exista riscul din punctul tau de vedere, ca strict urban, sa se castige in dinamism dar sa se piarda in capabilitatile de filtrare in trafic (cele de aprox 300cc fiind mai masive si mai grele)? Nu am testat, am doar motocicleta momentan, eram curios urban care e preferinta ta: aprox 150cc sau 300cc? Multumesc@@RideWithAlex
@@gligancatalin2878 strict urban nimic bate ceva de dimnesiunea unui 125-150 dar dacă vrei unu sa le facă pe toate se poate accepta compromisul de putin mai masiv în trafic dar comfort și viteza la drum lung.

Thank you, a little bit of wind on the arms but the hands are well protected by the handguards.

am i wrong i think i see somware that the service intervals are set to be at 5000 km or evry year, if that is true that is a bommer, 5000 km make you standing in the garage evry tree month or so. i realy enjoy your videos keep the good work going.
Service interval is every 5000km but it's just an oil and filters change 1-2 hours in the shop at least here :)

Nu cred ca mai comod ci la același nivel de confort ca și sezut/poziție. Protecția la vânt în schimb este mai buna.

Hello zontes 350d/350e now available in Thailand. It's brand new and some people are worried about the quality and maintenance. But I hope Zontes can prove it and i will take a zontes 350e come back to my house soon.

Știu doar ce mi-a spus zontes în noiembrie la salon. Modele de 500 erau prezentate ca și concept și sa vadă reacția oamenilor. Nu se știe încă când și dacă întra în producție, oricum mai devreme de 2025 nu cred ca le vedem.
@@RideWithAlex Inteleg si-ti multumesc pentru raspuns. Eu eram ferm convins ca vor intra si pe piata din Romania cu modelele de la Eicma pentru 2024 asa cum intra si Sym-ul cu adv-ul de 300,400, restyling la maxsym 400 etc...

Cum se recomanda rodajul la scootere? E mentionata o viteza sau turatie maxima?
Rodajul e același lucru la orice motor nu tine de producător, fort nine are un video foarte bun care explica un rodaj corect din punct de vedere mecanic

@@edwardadelin689 Daytona este un brand ce înglobează mai mulți producători din Asia. Modelul din clip este fabricat de Zontes. Zontes isi fac singuri motoarele. Electronica o iau de la Bosch.

By far, the best 1 piston scooter in market today. Never mind the prices of Honda and Yamaha, it is best one. And than we take on consideration a price, equipment, and all the candy it comes with... Absolutely uncanny.
EDIT: regarding fuel consumption, it's plain physics. To do same job every engine needs more or less the same amount of energy. Efficiency of specific engine is less of a factor (regarding that everything works properly) in consumption than two of the most important things, first being tyre pressure (biggest factor to undermine) and a frontal area of machine. Remember one thing, coefficient of the drag is square function of the speed, plainly said, for a little gain in speed you need to push against square amount of pressure. Sweet spot for air pushing through the air is around 105km/h.
Just for fun of it, next time keep the cruising speed up to 100km/h and I bet you lunch 😉 consumption will be around 4L, maybe even little less.

I know that, my big bmw 1100gs if you keep it under 110kmh uses 5l/100km but if you keep it Ai 130-140 uses 7-8l/100km. This thing for sure at 100-110 would get less than 4

there must be an error about the fuel consumption. It can`t be this high. The Zontes M310, at 130Km/h highway speed takes around 3,5Liters/100km. I assume an error at the fuel pump or riding in high winds. Anyway, great review for an awesome scooter! Top quality Chinese scooter, this is beating everything in this segment.
No error, I was quite heavy on the throttle, it was windy, the weather was on average about 5 degrees Celsius in these conditions my ST200 drinks about 4l/100km doing 95km/h because it can't go faster and my R1100GS would have used 6.5-7 l/100km. So the fuel consumption all things included is quite good.
Consider that the m310 is around 168 kg, while the 350e is much bigger and is around 200 kg. That is a big difference which can cause higher fuel consumption as well.

I have a Forza 350 and was thinking about trading it for this zontes, they're similar in tech, with the adjustable screen and Bluetooth connection, but the main problem on mine is the consumption, yet this is looking even worse. And the performance didn't impress either, I feel like my Forza would smoke this Zontes with ease.
Test ride one and see for yourself, I don't have a forza to compare it to

just trade Donnie and make a cash down payment if you can afford it and then as long as you’re able to meet the monthly budget finance the rest. If not, then I would shave from your spare money and maybe in a few months you can get it. life is too short, my friend, and as long as it doesn’t affect your daily subsistence, I would get it

I don't like the Zontes App
It is the eternal dilemma. Leaving the urban flexibility,small dimensions ,low consumption,low cost services of an 125-200 scooter for a stonger ,bigger space,best travelling but more expensive 300-400cc scooter ?
It is 4 years i am thinking of changing my 125st symphony for a bigger scooter ,but at the last moment i am staying at my 125 as i use it 80%urban and 20% travel..
I think the answer is to have two 😂😂

It wasn't Android Auto it was their own app Carbit Ride. That's mainly in Chinese and uses their own navigation sistem with a subscription.

4.5 liters/100km ?? My 1998 Hornet 600 with 4 cylinders and 4 carbureitors and 96hp, does 5.5-5.8 without ECO mode.... Just 1 pathetic liter less than my Hornet 600 without Eco mode... This bike makes no sense, sorry.

@@Big1_ I'm pretty sure in the summer heat and riding at 110-120km/h cruising speed it be less then 4l/100km. Like I said in the video this was the worse case scenario. And with this thing you could comfortably do 1000km in a day because it's made for such trips.

The hollow-styled handlebar is a copy of the Tax 560, and the dash a ripoff from the Yamaha Max. The commis know how how to steal other people's ideas.
I don't see your point. BTW the dash has 4 different themes, this was just the one that liked. I don't think yamaha has a trademark on the shape of the handlebars or the design of the dash.
Consumption is kinda dissapointing.
Tbh it's on par with how I was riding. Since then it has gone down. I've done a trip with a pasanger on the back, weekend trip, so much more laid back riding kept it between 90-110 and the fuel consumption was 3.76l/100km
