- BOOGLE was a short-lived game show in 1994 featuring the advanced interactive technology of the time of a touch tone telephone! Veteran Wink Martindale was the host and Terry Ray is a contestant though MUCH tamer than his SCRABBLE appearances as speaking wasn't encouraged. This episode aired March 18, 1994. The resort that Terry won a trip to on St. Martin was wiped away by a Hurricane.
Thanks for posting this! When did it air? I won the interactive game in August 1994. I still use the dining room furniture that I won, and I also won a cruise. It's more than I won on any game show I was actually in the studio for!

Wink was real busy in the 90s hosting a lot of shows that didn't really go anywhere until Debt.
I just came back from the Dutch side. Even went to Mahoe Beach and had planes fly over me. Great place. Next time I want to see the French side.

Wink bought the righs to the shows far cakes 1988 and tried to produce t with HS partner Jerry Gildn in 1988.

Nice. It's too bad you didn't get more of an opportunity to talk like you did on Scrabble. I remember watching these shows on occasion as a kid, but honestly, now I don't understand what I got out of them, no offense. That's why I find the Scrabble episodes more entertaining. Oh, by the way, Terry, in case you forgot, Richard Simmons is a wimp, lol.

Man, this show was stiffer than my roommate on Fire Island.
