So many good things about this performance! Your PW vocals are "lawsuit" close to the man himself! Love that effect on the short guitar solo too. All backed up by super-tight bass and drums. There's something about a 3 piece band that works best for "mod" style music. I'm an old GS160 parka wearing Vespa owner myself (2nd wave, Quadrophenia go-around ;-) so I'm digging that you cover Small Faces also. The band's overall tone in these recordings is well balanced and perfect also, IMHO. Amp sounds are the best! Marshall or die! Are you based in Kent, UK?
What a lovely compliment to receive, yeah we are based in Kent (Around Dover area). I got into the Mid scene via Britpop in the 90s then traced back through to Quadrophenia, Small Faces, The Who etc.
