- This is a request from moodsteer over on Instagram. He asked me to do a video on football games on the Amiga, and why not. There are some classics on the system. Also, I have asked sensibleworldofsoccer1 for help with this one because he lives and breathes football, especially on the Amiga.

Thanks for uploading. Kick Off 2 was my favourite. Great playability and I remember competing with my mate to see who could commit more fouls and get more red cards.
GOAL was always my favourite. Felt like it was far better than KO2. Sensi was amazing for the league and cup format etc. Felt like a manager too.

There are certainly some cracking footy titles in this one. Sadly, I missed a couple out like Emlyn Soccer because of game issues, but that's one you should check out. Kick Off and Sensi will always be on top of my list. Thanks for watching 👍🕹

When i played MICROPROSE SOCCER
for the first time on my Amiga 500,
i was suprised, that it was developed by
Sensible Software 😺👍🕹️.
KICK OFF 1 and 2 are both legendary classic games from Anco.
FOOTBALL MANAGER is definitely one
of the most impressive classic,
i have ever played on my Commodore 64 and Amiga 500.
THE MANAGER is so legendary,
me and my friends played it a lot back in the 1990's.
GOAL! is as awesome as KICK OFF.

SENSIBLE SOCCER and
SENSIBLE WORLD OF SOCCER
are the best soccer games ever 😺👍.

Thank you, Ari. Completely forgot about Sensible Software developing Microprose Soccer and was a stepping stone for great things to come. Dino Dini is certainly a master of football games.
SWOS and the Kick Off series are my most played football games on the Amiga. Absolutely legendary. 👍🕹

I absolutely agree with you. Modern football games look really nice, but the controls can be complicated. Sometimes, you can't beat a single button joystick. 🕹👍

Sensible Soccer was the best, had tournaments around different peoples houses when I was in school.
It's an absolute classic footy game. I've still got SWOS on the Amiga 👍🕹
Ohhh the sensible soccer what a good memories i have with this game.
Sensible Soccer and SWOS are obviously the GOAT, but always had a soft spot for Striker.
The Sensi games will always be on top on the Amiga. But Striker is also a class game. 🕹👍
