A martyr is the highest calling in the kingdom of God. All the early Apostles and disciples were persecuted and murdered. This is the cloak of humility that is most honored in heaven. Jesus died and gave his all for us, he expects the same back from us. That's all we can offer him, is our very lives. I keep praying that more Christian will enter into the grace of being persecuted in this life so they can rule and reign in the new earth with Jesus as his kings and priests. There is no higher calling!

@@discoverthetruthsofislam5386 My story begins like this, I see the Lord's hand from the time of my conception in my life, My Mom wanted to abort me, I was saved due to the efforts of a Doctor who is a Catholic Nun, All my chilhood memories are flooded with how I searched for God, I was very much involved in all religious activities but I still did not have the real peace in his heart. I often wondered, “After all these religious ceremonies which I am performing every day, am I in right relationship with God? Is he drawing closer to me? My earliest encounter with Christ was big image of the Sacred Heart, I always felt called by Him, During classes and even at break I used to look at Him, the day His eyes met mine, He never left me, I still was a stauch Hindu, I wanted to overcome my karma by performing devotional rituals, but fear of death and reincarnation had overcome me, the words of Christ to Martha has set me free " I am the Ressurection", I followed Jesus right from I was 11, I was hated by my family and relatives for my faith in Him, but the Lord was gracious enough to take me into His fold when I was 16, I was baptized along with my Mom and maternal Grandmother into the Church. Jesus my Savior, my King my all in all changed my life, there is no meaning to life without Him.

The good news is that this is an exceptional documentary. The bad news is that it leaves me wondering what kind of Christian I am. If these people are Christians then I have no right to use the name. I am comfortable in my life and just want Jesus to maintain my happiness, yet I know the is NOT the way of the cross. Lord Jesus, give me a desire to have you more than my own comfort. May I be proven faithful as your servant despite my miserable beginning. Strengthen your people, the weakest of us, the ones who ignorantly think that blessings are what the world calls success. May I/we understand success as you see us. Save us oh Lord from ourselves!!

Put your comfy cozy scheduled itinerary aside for awhile and start showing videos like this and START PRAYING as a congregation. Stop focusing on attendance, on tithing, on prosperity, on your good works you boast in, on religious laws and START PRAISING AND WORSHIPING GOD!!! We are too focused on ourselves in the western world and not enough on others and more importantly on God.

I remember going to study abroad in China back in 2015 and I remember arriving to Beijing and taking a bus to the University and on the way, the bus passed a demolition zone of a church. I saw the exact moment that a construction crane was lifting the enormous cross off of the top of the church steeple as the church was being dismantled. I was raised as an American Protestant and never once did I think I would ever witness public persecution and destruction of the Christian church as I had in China. I can only imagine that the persecution against Chinese Christians has been growing since then. The one thing that the CCP never expected however, just like with the Roman Empire, Christians have a martyrdom complex so the more damage you deal against the church, the more seeds you spread that will sow more Christian following with the people. God bless all Christian communities around the world and all of those who sin against them. Amen.

Amazing documentary! I long for such a deep faith but selfishly without having to go thru persecution. Yet, I find myself longing to be purified by the Spirit as I know one day soon, persecution will find me. I pray that I too would be faithful to my Savior in such a time of darkness but where I stand right now...I'm not so sure I would pass that test. Persecution burns off the dross, impurities..so that only gold is seen in the fire! This is what Jesus longs for in His bride.

My friend, my advice is to listen closely to what God is teaching you right now, in these days. It may seem like small things, but they are important. He is dealing with your heart and teaching you things that although small will grow. And you know - we have to be faithfull in the small things to be entrusted with bigger things. And in the midst of trusting Him and following Him, in the midst of listening closely to every small thing He is teaching you right now, in these days, keep seeking Him, keep pouring out your heart infront of Him and asking that His will be and not yours, do whatever comes to mind to seek Him through that activity, and study the bible, and think and ponder on it.
My friend, I feel very similarly to you. Right now God is showing me small things to obey Him in and I keep failing. But I am feeling this is important also for the future, also for the bigger things. If you really want that change in you, that you can endure persecution and not deny Him, then listen closely to what He is teaching you now.

there are some more spiritually minded people in the west who have a different view of faith and religion and consider life to be an outpouring from their faith;, but that seems to be true in a post modern western culture, religion is an accessory not a necessity...if you even want religion at all

WOW this documentry was so emotionally moving. Yassir Eriks testimony was riveting to say the least. Here in America christians think they have it hard as far as living for Jesus and especially now with the new administration in play. We are so lucky to live here in America. Most of us don't have a clue about persecution, me included. I hope this video inspires people to be on fire for the Lord and share the good news to unbelievers. God bless the persecuted church members all over the world.

We do differ on the identity of Jesus Christ. Christians acknowledge Christ as God in flesh and as our Savior who died for our sin so that we can stand before God the Father, blameless and without fault. Jesus is part of the trinity.. He existed from the beginning with God and the Holy Spirit. I will answer saying Jesus does not demand in a verse that we bow to worship him. His request is this: Believe me. Obey my commands, trust me, remain faithful, love one another, forgive one another etc. This is worship when we obey the Lord Jesus. Please read the whole book of John. Its so amazing. I have lived in itinerary communities camps of christians of many nations , traveling with a big tent preaching the Gospel since 1974, so of the hardest moments materially speaking has been some of the most joyous moments also
tears are falling... Thank you for this documentary TRUTH. My God given son, he legally immigrated to America at 18 years old, leaving behind his family and his culture (including Arabic language)... and his church, The Coptic Christian Church (From nation of Egypt). He knew no one in America until GOD crossed our paths and he came to live with us and today he is our God given son in life. We are honored to have such a son. We are beyond PROUD of who he is. Pray that our Lord Jesus will bring our son a wife to marry (Preferably a christian believer from Egypt). Our greatest desire at this time is for him to blessed with a wife from GOD . (He is finishing his degree today and a super hard worker, and helps us all the time at home (we are older))

Thank you for posting this. I am writing from the Netherlands. We needed to hear this. This gives me a ray of hope since things are nog going well since people have voted for lockdowns instead of freedom. But being in Christ is what gives us true freedom even whilst in prison or in lock down etc.
