Kindness always wins. It takes very little to be a kind human being. 👋🏾. LOVE YOU and thanks for watching! ❤️ 💛 💙 💜å
Stuffed mushrooms sounds amazing, and definitely the Greek yogurt, honey and walnuts
I’ve watched this several times
Thx
Thank you for this
You're very welcome. I hope it's helpful!

@@TheHangryWoman I sure did! 😋
Nice AI video. However some of these are lunch meals.
Is this an AI voice?
I tried a different style video because I needed some rest. It's still full of great information, and the blog post in the description has even more ideas.
I’d prefer a human telling me the tips.
This human was tired and lost her voice, as living with diabetes was hard, so she got some help to pitch in. The facts are all human researched though :).
@@TheHangryWoman I hope you are feeling better soon.
These don't look like bedtime snacks.
Yup.. many are a hard no
Why not? Almost any snack can be a bedtime snack if you eat it before bedtime. These just happen to be snacks that are balanced with fiber, protein, vitamins and minerals, and will help keep blood sugars balanced overnight if you decide that you may need an overnight snack.
@@TheHangryWoman current consensus for people with intermittent fasting, fasting insulin/BG, time restricted eating, dawn phen ect.. yes no food after your last meal or even after sunset🤣 my issue is my schedule. I work 3 PM to 3 AM, can you say screwed circadian?🤣 my opinion let the meter be your guide. Only zero rise snacks if you can. Even though your insulin will spike. Sometimes we just gotta have a snack,👍🏿
