Yes! They are combining books 2 and 3! And about Nikolai’s actor YES! It’s hard to like him when he was Clancy in the Darkest Minds but I’m sure his acting will be good🥲
Okay that’s what I figured because it seems like they skipped a lot and are going straight to the big ending plots for shadow and bone!
I really think he’ll be good as Nikolai too! It doesn’t help that he looks exactly the same as Clancy with the same hair though from TDM😭😭 I do kind of wish they had chosen a different route but if he blew them away in the audition, then I’m here for it I guess!

I really think The Crows need a separate show to shine, they don't have enough screentime here,
I definitely agree!!
I mean the actual Six of Crows storyline hasn't even happened yet. And since they are combining Siege and Storm AND Ruin and Rising into this one season, the Alina storyline will be wrapped up. So next season we can get more of a focus on the Crows and actually adapting their duology. Though I have a feeling the netflix series wont put Alina on the back burner quite as much as Bardugo did. I think they'll find a way to have her involved somehow. I kinda hope they dont, but I have a feeling the writers wont want to get rid of her as the protagonist after 2 seasons.
