- Join me as I travel to and start exploring the Sierra Ancha mountains in Arizona. This is a preliminary video to my 3 part exploration of the ancient cliff dwellings. I set up camp, hike to the river and explore the campsite area.

the gauge that you seen is maintain by SRP, they monitor all major streams (the water she'd) flowing to the Roosevelt lake especially spring time when the snow melts. SRP does this so they can release water from the dam and the dams down stream if need be.
Can't tell you how much I'm enjoying these adventures. I don't think I could resist that swimming hole in this one, especially if I hadn't cleaned up in two weeks!
Yes im so happy that we get some more western stuff. Love the story telling from this part of the world😊😊😊
Absolutely stunning....Thank you so much
Creek sure looked good and that sand looked really soft and smooth.
@Aquachigger you have been my favorite for years now!
This is your best adventure yet. I dream of doing what you do by myself without anyone worrying about me or me worrying about everything.
Beautiful terrain, even with the cow tracks.
Looks like an exciting adventure! Have fun.
Love the western vids! Thanks for sharing them with us.
Thank you for taking us along on this trip, it's be AWESOME... I've learned so much and it's inspired me to look up those areas and read up more... "keep on movin'"
Alan and Fred out prospecting had a collection of 5 liter black plastic oil containers.
Filled with water, placed on a flat rock while away from camp.
Evening time a warm shower was welcome with the water
Wow magnific mountains
WOW JOSEPH
Hope you went swimming in the deep pool and got all cleaned up for your hike tomorrow!
Awesome job chig!, thank you for showcasing the western states.keep up the great work, love it.
Really enjoying the video's Thank You Beau.
Tonto National my old stoping grounds. Spent most of my childhood in that desert.
Gorgeous scenery, I love your video's, thank you for all the hard work you put in to give us this awesome content xx
Awesome video can't wait for Tomorrows adventure! keep the videos coming Chigger♡
I live in a small country, the Netherlands without mountains, but Ohhhhhh what am I envious of you....
Nice intro into what we have to look forward to tomorrow that'll be really exciting thank you!
The end credits recording of the coyotes of your vids sure make my dog go nuts. It's kinda funny. Keep up the good work!
Lovely place to camp and you have left us with another, "Cliff Hanger." See you tomorrow. LOL
You should have seen my dog at the end, with the coyotes. Hilarious.
Beau, you need a 4 wheel Chiggmobile !
Back in the 70s I worked cattle in that same area there. Would take two days with a pack horse to get there and stay for two weeks.
Hasn't changed much, just more people !
Very nice video! You will have come one day to New Zealand for metal detecting!
Best part of my day.
Nice of you to explain to the city slickers how to close a gate! LOL
vid been live 4 mins and its at 290 views great to see people digging the chig
I wish there was a place like this in central Texas. I'd love to campout for a few weeks and exspore
be safe out there!
Great video, excited about tomorrow.
I just came across your channel. Your getting me excited for my up coming Western North America road trip. Wife and I will be in Panama soon. Then driving up through western USA, possibly to Alaska.
Excited to see the climb! Did you take the soap to the private beach? Lol! Great vacation!
kudos, man....looks like fun....someplace I would enjoy.
I was watching this video while thinking of which of my spots I want to go detecting at next.I couldn't decide between two of my favorite spots. Then you said the name of it as I was thinking it. Different location of course, but that was weird. So that's where I'm going next.
You should've brought your MD and snorkel gear for river treasure in Cherry Creek. Lord knows some old pioneer jumped in that deep pool, lost a ring or 2, along with nuggets and change!! You missed a good opportunity!!
I am enjoying your willingness to explore the historic dwellings from many centuries ago!!
hey m8 great vid thanks for taking me along
OMG, you’re driving a 6.4 you do love adventure!
I cant imagine exploring these areas without the MD you are leaving behind historic and valuable things and do not even realize it
Cool vid. Also like to see a sort of breakdown video of the gear you take on these long treks into the wilderness if possible.
Beautiful countryside, oh and, take a bath ya bum!..... nice work...
i am also exited for tomorrow ;) keep up the good work
Maybe next year you will remember to pick me up! I had my bags packed and was just waiting for Chigg to show up! BTW: I love the SW.
That's an unusual method of front- mounting the spare. I've only every seen a plain vertical mount (bad for cooling) or one leaning the other way - front & top out, lower side close to chassis to improve approach angle.
Your even cuter scruffy an all rugged!
HA that is the same shape as my road here! Got to love unincorporated areas! And I live in NW Ontario 😳😛 5 mins to go 1 km!
Enjoyed!
another great vid chig!! excited to see the next
Imagine if you had a drone. I bet the view from the sky would be so awesome.
thanks for the vids
Coyote fencing always amazes me. Tool a bunch of collecting.
another great clip i feel like im right there with u bro!
I got to see the International space station tonight it was passing over about 9:13 CST. It was really moving you got a very brief window to see it. It came out North North West proceeded South South East.
Awesome vids Chigg. Gotta love to know that the Government Park Service considers the period between 1280-1350 AD as being prehistoric. lol
Cool trip! Greetings from Germany!
good video
you are certainly living life bro😆😆😆😆
A day without Beau is like a day without sunshine.
💯💯💯
I LOVE THESE VIDS!
Very nice video
As soon as I seen the Chigg Mobile knew it was your vid
Your truck looks good.
I used to drive my Isuzu Trooper down to the creek on the trail you were on, and camp on the creek. You missed some more cliff dwellings directly across the creek and visible from where you were. It's a really tough scramble to get to them not to mention crossing the creek... I live in Texas now, but that was one of my favorite areas in AZ... due for a trip back soon...
I enjoyed your videos so much. You should get a job with the travel channel or natgeo! keep the explorations going !
grab the snorkel and hit that swimmin hole!
hey, was checking out some videos of people who shoot the same things as my channel and caught yours. really enjoy the videos that I have seen so far.
EARTH ANGEL😇. That half stone sure looks like part of those ' clubs' that the prehistoric men used to use when killing their prey!! The handle was a long stick ang it was all rigged together with rawhide!! That beach was a beautiful bathing spot!!! Did you bring your soap????😂😂👍
nice scenery there has to be a buried treasure or two in those mountains looked like a face on that high peak as you were panning camera probably something there..
Cementing a reputation as a Documentary Historian, Treasure Seeker and Finder, Tester and commercial advertiser for name-brand Garrett Metal Detectors, Photographer and Narrator, and a Late but great Drone Operator....if you had loitered longer in Texas you could have become a Storm-Chaser!!---Nice idea on the loop back to the beginning by the way.
Hey Chigg. you should check out glendo Wyoming. there is a ton of Indian stuff including teepee rings and camps. plus the geology is amazing!
Serious flash flood area. I'm surprised it's not marked.
Chig rig needs some suspension attention :-)
You must have a Personal Locator Beacon, if you got bit by a snake or a spider down there by the creek he would be dead.
Searching for the Lost Dutchman's Mine, eh?
watch the doc called 411
HURRY UP with part 2! I am holding my BREAAAATHHHH! 😎
The chigg rig looks tuff. Is it a diesel? Man that looks like a loooong hike.
when you got to the creek you should of had to hold your breath, he,he ...
hey chigg have you ever heard of the books missing 411 how people just disappear without any trace really weird stuff just be careful my friend
Montana. Next trip. could be three hundred videos. Tired of the Civil War.
Hows the "Chiggrig" stay cool with that tire covering the grill?
chris henry , I was wondering the same, figure it's temperary for low and slow driving, and save some space in back?my geuss brother,
high adventure, hope there's no shit hawks up there😁
Hey buddy
it's the Chigg-Rig
Joseph Rogers I was talking about his truck
I live in az
im close to first
Yo chig, pick up a stabilizer for your go pro. this shaky stuff is giving me a headache lol.
What is the brand of that rack you have on your truck to haul your boats? I've been looking for something similar to that.
Beautiful terrain! Are there ticks out there Chigg?
Lived in Arizona all my life and I never had a tick on me, however I would on occasion pluck one off the dog.
How many miles do you have on your truck, Beau?
It's so odd looking at a car with the drivers side on the left.
Wheres the nearest gas station if you need one,how much fuel did you take?..
wear snake guards
Hope tomorrow's video lives up to the hype. Will you succeed in the climb? mmmm...
T
You coming to Tucson? I'd love to meet ya man.
There's not many places to dig here in town, cleaned em all out personally. But the San Xavier mission area is good if you have permission. Only place you can find Spanish silver with any small amount consistency. Place has been there since like the 1500s
did you take any pictures or video of the night sky?
