THANK YOU!!! We just bought a used RV that does this, I had a couple people tell me “no the pump pulsating is normal”
And I knew for a fact this was going to fry the motor if I kept running it like that. After playing with the adjustments for a while, I got it dialed in.

Really good set up video, mine doesnt have the bypass system, but it was cutting in when there was no flow i.e. taps off and was really noisy. Had fitted new pump and accumulator prior to watching your video. Will try seytting up old pump to keep as spare.

Yes I didn’t see in the manual either
The issue I am experiencing is that the flow does not maintain a consistent pressure. After about 7-10 secs of flow the pressure falls off very slowly triggering the pump to cycle. Nonetheless… interesting observation. When I removed the by-pass screw completely from its housing, I noticed how deeply seated it was into the housing. When I reseated it (11 revolutions), I notice that it actually sticks out of the housing now. Did anyone else notice this? Also, from where did you get those instructions? I can’t find it online nor is it in the original owner’s manual that came with the pump.
