how i can do the cooling cheat to increase hp?
use cheat engine
Hover over the level i.e. level 3 in the cooling select menu, then search for that value of 3 in cheat engine. then go back to PCSX2 and hover over to level 5, and return to CE and refine the search with that value, then go back and hover to 1 or 3 and refine again, then you can go to 5 and refine once more until you found the matching values. select all the matching values and set it to say 35. Then accept. Do not lock. go back to PCSX2, then choose up and down until you see a desired HP. 1000 is ideal, but anything over 3500 is well not good. Some parts may have glitches or may crash the game. Good luck
