Older Adult Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT)

Our Community Mental Health Teams (CMHTs) provide support to people over the age of 65. These teams are multidisciplinary, which means they are made up of a range of mental health staff including nurses, psychiatricts, psychologists and occupational therapists.
