As an old middle aged man now who was a kid when this came out years ago will say this . This is the best cover of Piano man I have ever heard . The guy singing is beyond talented why he does not have a recording contract is beyond me and the band is very talented . As a musician myself who once played alot my theory is you know a singer is good when they sing a cover like this of piano man and not once did I think of Billy Joel . Yes, he's great! I used to be able to sing octaves until I pulled out my vocal cords while under anesthesia. They weren't giving me enough oxygen for me to be able to breathe so I yanked out the breathing tube, taking part of my vocal cords with it.

We knew Tim could play the keyboard but he can REALLY "tickle" those ivories (plastics :-). Playing all those key runs and never lose the rhythm of the lyrics. Never fails to impress.
One thing I've learned from watching and listening to Foxes and Fossils is that they don't take on anything unless they can do it justice, and boy, do they do Piano Man justice. One of my alltime favourite songs. Tim, that was fantastic.
