That's not only a terrible comment, but a sexist one as well. My mother raised four kids and was a wonderful wife to my dad, who absolutely adored the ground she walked on. He's still grieving her death after years 58 years of marriage.....she died 13 years ago. Shame on you for such a comment. I wouldn't trade my childhood, or my mother for anything.
Now that I've settled into retirement, I realize that for far too many years, I was doing the job of four people for sure! I did double the work at home and double the work at my job! People looked at me in wonder, but I was always tired and just didn't know how to stop! Only now do i realize how totally stretched I was and the toll it took...
Wow that's a hard life ! I hope you can now kick your feet up and get facials, manicure, pedicures,massages etc . Whatever you like to pamper yourself for being THE HERO OF YOUR FAMILY!!! ❤️😚 SENDING GOOD WISHES FOR YOUR RETIREMENT.

I was a working single mother, so I get it! When I retired from my paid job, they hired 2 people to replace me. Hahahaha
Lora, my husband was just diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. I have rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia and lung disease, I left nursing at age 51, I cook, do laundry, run the household and manage all of my dear husband's health care. I'm having an extremely difficult time asking for help cleaning. Im overwhelmed 😓
I don't feel guilty asking for help I'm just afraid of inconveniencing anyone... plus, if I just push through and do it myself I can't complain about how it gets done. We are all SHEROS in our own unique ways and irreplaceable!
Yes notices how even when moving jobs to replace 1 good woman another 3-4 will be hired to do what the woman did instead of just paying her what a man makes at the same place of business to stay. Women are amazing❤❤❤
I've spent a lot of time in different countries with my job and I can promise you: Yes, we are all doing the job of 2-4 people in this country. We have no sense of community.
The saying, "It takes a village to raise a child" is 100% right. Not just moms and dads; but a whole village!

I was doing the job of 4 people! On top of that my manager used me to set up the department, once I requested help, she approved me to hired a vendor, once I set it up she fired me!
