- Dabur is one of the leading FMCG companies in India with a history of over 135 years. The company started as a small pharmacy in Calcutta in 1884 and has since then grown to become a multinational company with a presence in over 100 countries.
But due to resistance to change, in past few years dabur lost its market share to patanjali and new gen startups like mamaearth, kapiva, forest essentials .
Today dabur is reinventing itself for young generations. This story is on dabur’s plan to lead FMCG sector .
In my next video, I'll be taking a deep dive into the history of Dabur and exploring how the company rose to fame and what led to its decline. I'll be covering everything from the initial success of the Dabur to the recent strategies which led to the reason of their reinvention.

The issue with all Aurvedic Medicine mfg is that they don't suggest how to use them , this where Ram dev has done excellent job.. I love Patanjali product it is cheaper , it is good, and worth to try , before you pay 800 INR for doctor free.
