I first picked up a fly rod on that river last year while working in ashville. I have four now and hold a special place in my heart for that stream.my buddy told me it was low all summer and they didn't stock much. glad to see it has good flows. I hope the wild brookies up stream are still good.
Is this up river from Lake Logan, I don't recognize the waters or is this down river from lake Logan? New to trout fishing and family have a place in Canton so I usually fish up from lake Logan.

Nice fish on one of my favorite streams. Last I heard there was an issue with gill lice up there. Have you heard anything?
