@victoneter yeah they've changed him a bit, mainly due to the cartoon-ish theme they've gone with, personally i like the way he looked in twilight princess. But that won't stop this from being a great game at all.
That scarab thing Link was using looked easier to control than the remote Batarang in Arkham City.
Zelda games have gotten remastered 10 years later like wind waker and twilight princess, both got remastered 10ish years after they got released, so hopefully we get a skyward sword hd remaster in 2021.
We are getting it July 16th!

@Janezk7 According to Nintendo, its the latter. Skyward Sword supposedly has a ton of content, which makes me want this game even more.

@Taroulelion the cod formula has been the same ever since ever as well, get thrown into a map, shoot everyone, level up, repeat. at least in zelda the world is different (although similar sometimes. it looks like in skyward sword the world will be vastly different, though.) the dungeon design is always different, and the story actually exists, in cod, there is a story but no one cares about it, and most of the cod players i know haven't even touched the campaign. continued..
The Skyview Temple cannot be gone in because it is only a skybox.

@Taroulelion But It's still a machine gun. the set of weapons on one cod games is not vastly different from the other games weapons. as for levels, so they add new levels so you can level up for longer, It's still more of the same. and I'd like to know what you mean about new gameplay, examples? exploring the world in zelda is part of the fun, and It's pretty simple to be able to find where to go. If you can't find the next dungeon, it's your fault.

How often would we get to see Ghirahim? It seem he will appear a lot through out the game. For the Zelda games I have played, I only see the main Boss towards the end.

@Taroulelion as for the game modes/weapons/killstreaks/upgrades/levels/gameplay for game modes, there's a few extras in every game but it's not that huge of a difference, especially considering the new game modes are often very similar to old game modes. as for the weapons, new weapons every game that look different and have different names, a machine gun is a machine gun. sure, you can make said machine gun more or less powerful, and maybe add a silencer or some other minor adjustments..

@ddcarnley I didn't say it doesn't, for the billionth time. But I'm sorry to say that nintendo is actually losing a lot of money and rumor has it that they won't make their sales this year. Honestly, I've been anticipating this game for some time, whish is why I'm actually subscribed to the wii youtube channel.

@TalentedOrangeTv Are great graphics the only thing you care about in a video game? I think the graphics look great in Skyward Sword when considering the Wii's hardware.
To be honest, I would kinda miss the old "Problem solved" tune, but this one is pretty cool too.
@TalentedOrangeTv So what if it doesn't look as good as Gears of War?? Graphics are not what makes a great video game. What makes a great video game is fun and intuitive gameplay, creativity, as well as imagination. Skyward Sword promises to have all of those things.

nintendo wanted it to look like this, and the only thing battlefield has is graphics, nothing else. the only thing they has to think about is the graphics, nintendo has to think of the characters, the music, the story line and many more things. and wii has sold over 67millions ex, and even snes and nes has sold more ex than xbox360. xbox360 have just sold 39million ex-.-
oh my, i have never wanted a game more so than this (except maybe pokemon black and white -but that turned out to be quite disappointing)

It pisses me off about 25% of people are going to pirate this. I mean the Nintendo staff spent over a year on this. so what right does some mouth breathing pirater have to steal from everyone at Nintendo. you know what must be done with the next Wii update. stop the Wii from uploading any data from the sd card we all knew it would come down to this. btw people don't worry the sd menu is different it just launches data from the sd card it doesn't upload it or save it to the Wii...!
