I love how the players show their muggle culture influence in their special moves, like England was soccer and America you had basketball, japan some sort of karate stuff, they should remake this game.
For a Quidditch video game to have a World Cup consisting of only 9 teams, I feel like there should be a sequel including more countries like Canada, Ireland, Italy, Greece, Russia, India, Uganda, Belgium, Jamaica, Brazil, Egypt, Scotland, New Zealand, Argentina, Poland, Turkey, China, and Mexico. That adds up to 27 teams for the World Cup. Sounds like a lot, but considering the fact that it's an international league, I'd say that's pretty decent. Plus with modernized game graphics on the PS4 and more game mechanics to add to the gameplay, it could be amazing. Depending on who puts it altogether. A guy like me can only dream.
+Jack Ass Exactly! More teams, more special moves per team, each team could have their own strengths and weaknesses, create your own team, go online, customize. A game like this on next gen systems would be spectacular. Just look at what they did with Star Wars Battlefront.
jed52 Yeah. It would basically be our nerd's version of FIFA or something like that. For the sake of it being in the Harry Potter universe, I'd also keep in the Hogwarts gameplay, just not as a tutorial. The tutorial made the Hogwarts quidditch gameplay a little underwhelming. Sure you got to do these little mini-games as practice sessions and I kinda enjoyed them, but knowing that it was a tutorial took away the experience of playing at Hogwarts. I'd just keep the tutorial as it's own mode.

Japan's special move is very creative and my favorite with Spain's at a close second and Ravenclaw's in third. I like them all for how each one seems to tie in what each nation is known for.
Ravenclaw's Special Move is a lot better than the other teams because they don't do just one goal, they do all 3, and that's what makes them the greatest.
The only problem this game had was it was always so easy. I don't think I could lose a game in the hardest of settings even if I wanted to. This happens because tackling, aiming, and the bludger dynamics were easy. It was very rare to not be able to recover the quaffle with one or two passes from the adversaries; it was very easy to aim at the goal, hence to score (aiming wasn't even necessary, really), and the catchers didn't even _try_ to sway away from the bludgers when you tried to hit them. And to top it off, since it was so easy to win with a large advantage everytime, the usage of combos made and team special moves ensured you always had way more energy to catch the snitch than the other seeker. Really it gets boring after you win the first world cup.
I managed to keep it fun by deliberately pushing how much of an advantage I could give the opposing team without actually losing, like trying to keep the combos going for as long as possible, letting them keep possession for longer, etc. From what I remember, there seemed to be a few cards that were goddamn impossible to achieve though...
I demand a remake to this game. Maybe with teh ability to custom make a team? Just what I'd want to see... still think the Slytherin Special Move shoudl be illegal.

I think I remembered France, I liked that court and their outfit. Up to me I would of made another school in Chicago thats well .. totally far distant future feel. Im into giving different schools different time period feel and etc.

I would normally get sick (mostly Fevers) once in every year or year and a half during my MS years and further back. :) I had the Virtigo during my Junior Year in HS on the first day of Spring Break on Saturday. I still have it.

@ThePanEF it's easy while playing after you socre a goal with a combo( L2,R2 for ps2 and for the others i don't know) of like 3 you while see that after the keeper throws the ball back in play you might get a small icon saying special move and the coresponding buttton to press.
I wish I still had this game. I loved playing it so much. I don't think there was any time I DIDN'T play as either Japan or France when I went to the World Cup. Made me almost feel like I was betraying my American roots, lol.
