My bf and best friend Joel were at a bar in a Everett WA, called Turners maybe 15+ yrs ago. They were talking to a man about Harleys, Joels family owns Widow Makers, a bike building shop now in Marysville. The man invited them back to his apt a block away to show them his bike and no shit, it was Sonny. They figured he was just a story teller but once they got to his place it was definitely him. They didn't know much about biker gangs but quickly realized the gravity of who he was. To this day they aren't sure why he was up here or where he went after that. Bf is pretty proud of that story. Lol It was an honor bigger than they realized at the time.
many times I have thought how cool it would be to meet Sonny and get a picture taken with this legend. I feel like I have missed an opportunity of a lifetime.

That's one good dude right there my father did some time with him back in the late 80s at FCI Englewood here in Colorado...got the chance to meet him at a swap meet 15+ years ago in Denver also and him and the boys came and sat right with us ..was gifted a sticker from another member by the name of Bill I believe and still have it to this day...much love and respect from Denver Colorado 🤟🤟 🙏🏼🙏🏼

The president was involved in the Laughlin and has a dequillo patch which is given to you as part of the club specifically for assaulting law enforcement. If they aren't a gang then what the hell are they? What kinda legal organization operates by violence towards law enforcement and bombing little kids in Canada?
I was in the hospital up the road from Sonny's funeral service in Lodi. They had his service at the Stockton 99 Raceway. What a great man indeed. He is definitely missed.
There was still a glimmer of hope that all the west coast chapters of the US Angels could get back together when it was discussed that the Angels couldn't claim to control the US until they took back control of the southwest US and the possible Norcal and Socal reunion
