The dream show was the first concert they had and they were happy bc of this but most of all they were really sad bc it was going to be their only and last concert the 6 of them, because jeno, renjun, haechan and jaemin were going to graduate from the group this year and they were all going to get separated. That's why the maknae jisung ( 1:21) broke down like that. And they were also crying bc they missed mark, who already graduated in 2018. NCT Dream just hits differenf y'know. I usually lean towards more mature and hard concept but NCT Dream is just special. No matter what concept they do. But their chemistry is what makes them special. It just bleeds through every interaction. They grew up together from being literal children through teenage years and now pushing to being young adults. They are brothers at this point. They owe their youth to each other while chasing the same dream. You could see how they understand each other so much, what makes the other person ticks, when they are upset, what the other person is thinking. It pains to think that a bond so special is being torn apart.
can you believe that it was THIS legendary moment when the dreamies broke down at this concert, that dreamzens began mass protests to SM for months to stop them from breaking up this group, and SM finally decided to listen and here we are today with this miracle that is 7dream, permanent group, and with mark returned. it's beyond anything I could ever have hoped for...
It was so heartwarming but heartbreaking at the same time. Jeno was so caring and was comforting the other members. I really wonder how he felt, seeing the other members cry but at the same time him probably being really sad about the graduation system 😭

I really think the fact that heachan cried two times when mark graduated played a big role in Sam's decision to make NCT dream a fixed unit Heachan is the member that is always laughing and smiling but when he cries the fandom literally starts panicking and demanding SM to treat them better.

mark i think is nct dream's pillar..even their age gaps are close, mark has more experience and knowledge than them which was visible during their nct diary..they asked him all the time for his opinion and mark really guided them..when he left, they were able to be independent in their own ways and but you can clearly see and feel here that they also suferred and that all of them still look up to mark..even if they like to bully/tease him a lot, mark will always be their leader hyung that they respect and love 😭

I hate SM so much for putting them through this. Dream unit is like the heart of NCT, or at least that's how I feel. They literally grew up together and their bond is so real and raw, one can not simply disregard it or not see it. They were literal children when they met and have grown to be young adults together which is obviously quite the journey that they've shared and continue to share with one another. Seeing Jisung breakdown like that broke my heart to pieces. It just pains me to know that at one point he must have felt like he was being left all by himself. Those boys are like brothers and probably have one of the most genuine friendships out there, it's not just "work friends" for them and it's obvious. I'm glad SM decided to make them a sort of a fix unit (with Mark and Donghyuck being given the chance to come and go so they don't overwork themselves). What's important is that neither of them would have to go through that pain again. I also can't begin to imagine how scared Jaemin, Renjun and Jeno must have felt as they were only ever part of Dream and probably had no idea if they were to be put in a new unit soon or not. It's just too heartbreaking to think how they must of felt offstage and how much they had to go through until they were let to still be a part of Dream - all of them together, no new members, just the original 7 boys that grew up together as a family.

I really think the fact that heachan cried two times when mark graduated played a big role in Sam's decision to make NCT dream a fixed unit

NCT Dream will become fixed unit and will become 7 again in the future there will be NO GRADUATION. SM will use NCT U's rotational system to them.

Wow SM really destroyed these kids thinking it's smart to have literally CHILDREN being together for a long time then separate them one by one. Don't they know the effect of child's attachment????? It could literally destroy them mentally. Even though they know about the graduation system, they're too young to realize how hard it's going to be, they were probably only thinking about debuting then yesrs later when Mark left they realized how bad it is and they don't see their family as much I'd assume especially Mark so the younger members have that older comfort in him while Mark had the feeling of getting separated from his little brothers and not being able to look out for them but he was also too young for that yet he a great leader and dreamies said that about him so many times. Or the Fact that Jeno had to leave his emotions to the side so he can be a leader and support when he's as young as them.

I want to thank chenle jeno and Jaemin for honestly being so strong and being there for haechan renjun and jisung who were crying :(. In hard moment like those we always need someone strong to be able to hold us back up and that’s what they did with each other. They’re a family. I watched this mid 2022 and this video still makes my heart ache. Whereas as we all know Dream is already a fixed unit with 7members, and they are now breaking records left and right. They really carry the brand in the youngest line. Very proud of you guys, please no more sadness i believe in 7Dream.
while completely cruel, sm does know their way about manipulating emotions quite impressively. this was one of the saddest times i'd ever felt as a kpop stan, because the members felt so open and vulnerable and afraid. most of these boys had no idea what the future held for them, since dream was their only group. what was sm's plan? did the plan to make a new group with some of them, or and them into 127, or just occasionally play with them in u? whatever the plan was, i'm very glad the boys all got to stay in dream, because that is where i think they will truly flourish the most
Seeing renjun,jisung ang haechan cry really broke my heart. I think I will bawl my eyes out once I see jaemin, chenle and jeno cry. these member do not really express their feelings well. I know jaemin really show us how much he love us by his words while jeno and chenle express their love for us silently and by actions but how about their feelings for situation like this? i salute those three by being strong in this situation like this but i hope that they dont stop themselves crying if they feel like crying. I saw some footage of jaemin teary eyed when singing beautiful time with czennies and him himself said that he felt like crying when he saw czennie ocean, i saw chenle's picture too at the concert when he's really pouty and teary eyes while watching his members cry. I know jeno is sad too and he only cry when his mad and i really salute him leading his member at sad situation like this :( we're getting 7dteam again and i hope sm will never do something that will make dream cry again. 7dream fighting!!!

mark i think is nct dream's pillar..even their age gaps are close, mark has more experience and knowledge than them which was visible during their nct diary..they asked him all the time for his opinion and mark really guided them..when he left, they were able to be independent in their own ways and but you can clearly see and feel here that they also suferred and that all of them still look up to mark..even if they like to bully/tease him a lot, mark will always be their leader hyung that they respect and love 😭

I hate SM so much for putting them through this. Dream unit is like the heart of NCT, or at least that's how I feel. They literally grew up together and their bond is so real and raw, one can not simply disregard it or not see it. They were literal children when they met and have grown to be young adults together which is obviously quite the journey that they've shared and continue to share with one another. Seeing Jisung breakdown like that broke my heart to pieces. It just pains me to know that at one point he must have felt like he was being left all by himself. Those boys are like brothers and probably have one of the most genuine friendships out there, it's not just "work friends" for them and it's obvious. I'm glad SM decided to make them a sort of a fix unit (with Mark and Donghyuck being given the chance to come and go so they don't overwork themselves). What's important is that neither of them would have to go through that pain again. I also can't begin to imagine how scared Jaemin, Renjun and Jeno must have felt as they were only ever part of Dream and probably had no idea if they were to be put in a new unit soon or not. It's just too heartbreaking to think how they must of felt offstage and how much they had to go through until they were let to still be a part of Dream - all of them together, no new members, just the original 7 boys that grew up together as a family.

It is really difficult to watch this video, because until that moment we all thought they had to separate, we did not know what was going to become of the dremies but the only good thing is that now they are a fixed unit, the 7 back together again, it is what smarter than SM did, but I don't forgive him for making my little ones suffer so much because even though some are older than me, for me they are my little ones that I want to protect and support them in everything.
