I prefer these actual playthroughs where you aren't double tracking everything and you're actually showing yourself playing the song rather than tracking it and miming along on video. If people want a perfect sound they'll go listen to the actual song, but people come to watch covers to see people really play through the songs I think. At least I do.

First time covering LoG! I single tracked this one live while I filmed (and added another camera angle for good measure). Just out of curiosity, would you guys prefer or mind if I made videos this way? As opposed to pre recording audio and double tracking my guitars I mean. The double tracked guitars make for a more “polished” sound, but doing it the way I have in this video is so much quicker to produce and honestly more fun.

Wow man, it has been commented yet, but that ''low distorded'' tone gives your playing a lot of character. Sounds really nice and unique, totally prefer that compared to a massive gain tone, in which you cant identify what is actual playing and what is noise. Good job

Might be easier to sound cleaner but a hell of a lot trickier in some sections for sure! Looking forward to your next cover!
