Power Weaver (dagger) benchmark - 41 941

Log: dps.report/rbi4-20240622-1926...
Wasn’t too happy with the execution on some parts of my old bench so I decided to redo it. Not much changed except for a cleaner second weave self as well as delaying the fire/fire skills by one auto attack chain after ride the lightning since queueing abilities after RTL is not ideal.
I planned on pushing it to 42k, but then i saw the 56 glyph hits here and decided this was it.
