- Asylum seekers who may have a mental illness, who may be vulnerable, or who may be a victim of human trafficking, are not currently being screened as part of the asylum seeker protocol.
Migrants with these vulnerabilities are supposed to be flagged within 30 days of their arrival, but this has been quietly dropped as the asylum system struggles to cope with demand.
Craig Hughes (Irish Daily Mail) joins Pat Kenny to discuss the issue.

Court case there last week , where an Irish mother who was stabbed by her own son, begging and begging for mental healt help for her son...but nothing 😢... This is getting to be unaceptable our own health ,mental and physical has fallen in to the abyss..
