In March 2019 seven riders set out to follow the Camino del Norte to Santiago de Compostela. In seven days they covered 1200 kilometer and 25.000 meters of vertical elevation.

These videos would be more useful if you said where you are riding. I thought that would be near/around Santiago (Galicia), but it's not. Got to find by some road signs you are riding in the Asturies mountains around the mythical Gamoniteiru peak.
