What a great review! Got the grey one and I’m seriously thinking of getting this green one as well. Probably one of the best watches G Shock have ever made to date. Simple to wear, to set up, to understand and so attractive to look at. The colour schemes on the watches are incredible, both on these and the solar powered ones. You can even mix and match. What’s not to like! Thanks for posting. Thoroughly enjoyed it!

Bought my very first G Shock (GWG 1000) fairly recently and I'm hooked! They are incredible timepieces.
This watch dragged me to GShocks as I was not interested in them. Finally I got the classic DW5600 black-red version. Love it as well!
Yeah I’ll admit I had my eye on the Zenith as well, but this is a good looking fun watch. I think you adding your personal story of having it as a kid and coming back to it was a great touch. Also even though I always like the music in your episodes, I really liked today’s choices. Have fun with the new toy!

Haha yea, I am wearing it nearly non stop and especially for evening occasions :)! The flashy bracelet and the openwork dial never gets boring.

Good review as usual. Very well done! Thank you! Regarding reviewed watch, I think Casio need to do something to compare with Garmin, Suunto, Polar, etc.
Im personally wearing a plastic watch mostly for daily early morning run and weekend activities like hiking, swimming, or travel by bicycle. All other time im wearing my steel watch with time and date only. So, my plastic watch must have a heart monitor, GPS tracker with maps, barometer, altimeter, etc. Casio is too basic for me.
yes you are 100% right :)! G-Shock needs to become a health and fitness tracker in addition. That is definitely missing. So this watch is for me more of a design icon :)!

I think GBX has better functions but GA is more beautiful :)
