Yeah, that's actually really depressing. She doesn't look very happy with her life in the ending, being forced to work as a (child) super soldier to stop threats around the world without any chance of a normal life.
considering where he lives and how he was raised I don't think he has much communication skills, especially when it's about delicate topics such as the bond between a father and his daughter rip. If he only knew how to communicate better it could've worked maybe.
That's kind of the point. He does not see Rose as anything other than a tool to be used in his war against Miranda. The fact that he literally gives Ethan a "join or die" ultimatum shows that he never cared about Rose or Ethan. His final words are "I have to kill her"he's, at the very least, insanely obsessed with Miranda. At worse, he's just as evil and is upset that Miranda has control over him.
@@Malthizar Heisenberg didn't act the best , but I still understand him , he use Rose as a tool but probably he'll return Rose back to Ethan after defeating Miranda but no one know how Heisenberg gonna use her tbh
@@corypowercat7277 Yeah, I even thought about what he would do next after Miranda gets defeated. A new life? Retire? Or probably Umbrella getting on track of him, they'll be using him as a weapon (which is going to be a possible plot but.. fanfic).
New dlc unlocked. The heisenberg alliance: Play through a noncanonical storymode, where you, as Ethan decide to join heisenberg to rescue rose and destroy miranda.
Watch how they have him betray you for no reason and darkest time line it up as a fuck you to every one who wanted this, basically saying the the canon ending was the best ending and we should have been happy with it. Hell the might even give ethan a punk death just for that extra layer of insult. After zoe getting killed any way by eveline even tho she is cured as a fuck you for choosing the women thats helped you over you psyco ex, im not trusting capcom to not pull a similar stunt here.
When your villain is accidentally too well-written that he becomes beloved so much so that your fan-base would rather side with him vs the hero you want them to side with. Really Heisenburg sounds like a much better-deal here, and what is Chris gonna do if Heisenburg takes Rose, shoot him? Dooon't think so.
Capcom gave us a pointless option to choose between Mia and Zoe on the previous game, but did not give us the option to join forces with Heisenberg this time around when it actually made sense to do so lmao
Imagine Heisenberg teaching Rose how to use her true power, that’d be sick af, even more so if he acts like a fatherly figure to Rose, or like a really cool uncle
Maybe the better alternative over her being control by a corporation that may secretly (minus Chris) use her as a weapon. And no doubt were gonna see rose be used as one tested like a lab rat and doing the dirty work for a greater good.
I’m pretty sure that Heisenberg intentionally let Ethan go, I mean... having a conveniently human sized hole that would allow someone to escape your meat grinder seems like a pretty big oversight
I don’t think Heisenberg thought Ethan would be strong enough it’s one thing to kill the lords it’s another to kill their maker while he was able to I don’t think Heisenberg would have believed he could do it he would have either refused or when he offered this just killed him and took rose
That is idiotic If things went the way Heisenberg wanted she would NEVER call him uncle; The guy wanted to use her as a weapon to murder someone at the age of six months old; Something so traumatizing that can give people PTSD and depression and all sorts of nasty long-term scars; She would hate him Also hes a bad guy hes not going to be making birthday gifts for Rose What is wrong with you guys Its ok liking a character but ... this situation would never happen

What if Heisenberg realized he's basically magneto and didn't need to transform and that all he needed to do was just lift his entire factory and dump it on top of miranda.
well im fairly sure his powers arent that vast, i mean....magneto could control Earth's magnetosphere....Heisenberg has bioelectric organs, the really the same caliber
@@biowbe4522 miranda literally died to regular ordinance gunfire by Ethan Winters, an undead mold human with basic battle tactics and training knowledge from Chris.
It's weird how in the story the girl takes from the horse when the horse wasn't giving a gift, but in the game, Heisenberg (the horse) is the only character that offers a gift to Ethan: An alliance.
Heisenberg's whole thing was achieving his own freedom, through a twisted generation of being manipulated and pitted against his "family" in an exposé of critical domestic abuse. I think the differing epilogue can and should examine that. Think about it, Heisenberg is the most effective in contributing to the research and industry of the village, he portrays a very "older sibling, disenfranchised by the familial abuse." Of all the characters I think he had the greatest chance at a redemption story and while he would have attacked "that boulder punching idiot" on sight, it could be seen as a moment of trust tested between Ethan, Heisenberg, and Chris if by choosing to trust in act 4 allowed the option for Rose's father figure to be chosen. The epilogue should then showcase Heisenberg either breaking the cycle or perpetuate it with Rose, though I would hope it's breaking it the character is too chaotic to really know.
I feel Heisenberg would've been the type to break from the cycle, or try his damnest to not perpetuate abuse, just out of spite. But, yet again, he is a rather chaotic character, and we'll never get to know anyway.
I just really hope we get a DLC where we can play as him or one of the other lords, but mainly heisenburg. I feel like his origins are still largely mysterious
Tbh I was honestly thinking that if Heisenberg had been alive, he could have given Ethan a mechanical heart since that was kind of his thing. Perhaps it would have helped Ethan regenerate better? Overall I think the village was destined to be destroyed to get rid of the megamycete and Heisenberg would be more of a loner/ uncle figure to Rose vs a fatherly one.
@@dynamin7525 That first aid bottle wouldn't work on anyone but Ethan. It doesn't actually heal him, it just stimulates the mold to start regenerating him. And because of how the mold works, he loses a little of himself every time that happens.
Rose: Wearing colorful T-Shirts she just picked out for herself because the unicorn Heisenberg: looks like he just came back from fixing a Car or something/Covered in a lot of weird things Ayo this kind of raises the question of what would Heisenberg look like if he cleaned up tho
No cap i really think heisenberg should have been like her uncle, helping mia to help raise rose, the chris and heisenberg dynamic would be odd for rose tho since they'll probably still hate eachother
I suspected Heisenberg never wanted to kill Ethan, in the beginning he tried to persuade mother Miranda to let him have Ethan. Because he knew that his sister would kill him for her own use. But he wanted him for power against Mother Miranda. That’s why he put on this show
Here's how I believe it could've turned out. After having a change of heart (no pun intended) due to realizing Heisenberg's circumstances, Ethan agrees to work with Heisenberg. Heisenberg explains that it's very likely Rose's power could get out of control due to the megamycete which would weaken Miranda but wouldn't hurt Rose, therefore giving them an opportunity attack Miranda while weak. At some point just prior to Ethan and Heisenberg going to attack Miranda, Chris shows up and explains everything that's happened to Ethan and apologizes to Ethan for not informing him of what was going on the whole time. Ethan accepts Chris' apology and informs Chris of the plan with Heisenberg which causes Chris to hold off on blowing up the factory. Chris doesn't trust Heisenberg but agrees to give him a chance. Ethan rushes to go free Mia but is stopped by Chris telling him about the megamycete and the plan to blow it up. Chris assures Ethan that he'll save Mia and tells Ethan that his skill would better spent in the attack on Miranda. Ethan along with Heisenberg and his army prepare for attack at the ceremony site. The Chris gameplay segment would begin here but not like what we have in the game but instead with Chris entering the underground cave from another point. Chris deals with many waves of Moroaica along his way eventually reaching GigaChad Urias and defeating him. Upon freeing Mia, Chris and Mia rush to the ceremony site. A cutscene begins showing Ethan and Heisenberg along with Heisenberg's army approaching the alter site. Heisenberg's army awaits just outside as he and Ethan enter the alter site meeting up with Chris and Mia. Ethan tells Mia to stay back where it's safe in Duke's wagon. The player is now back in control of Ethan with final preparations with the Duke. Another cutscene plays out showing Ethan and Heisenberg approaching the ceremony site. Chris and his team are coming in from another angle. The whole thing with Miranda and Rose plays out as usual but this time with Miranda cursing not only Ethan, but Heisenberg as well. Heisenberg gives his army the attack command at which point Miranda begins summoning hoards of lycans. Envision this whole thing sort of like the final battle in Immora in Doom Eternal TAG2, sort of that whole Avengers Endgame type thing. Heisenberg transforms and begins attacking Miranda with Ethan. The way the fight with Miranda would go is that after so much time fighting off lycans and dealing damage to Miranda along with blocking her attacks aimed at him, Heisenberg is able to briefly stun Miranda in periodically at which point Ethan is required to unload his most powerful firearms and explosives on her each time before she regains her stamina and strength. This repeats several times. At some point Miranda is able to critically injure Heisenberg at which point it's all on Ethan. This would be Miranda's final phase. Lycans would stop spawning at this point as well. After so much damage, Miranda is able to stab Ethan in the heart with a mold spike causing him to collapse on the ground causing a cutscene showing Ethan transforming into a very badass looking molded but his facial features are left intact. A mold "vine" protrudes forth from Ethan which he uses to wrap around Miranda's neck choking her and holding her in place as Heisenberg regains his strength just enough to launch a large metal object into Mirandas's chest stunning even further at which point Chris calls in an air strike on Miranda ending her for good. Heisenberg returns to his normal form very critically wounded but living. Ethan also returns to his normal form and grabs Rose from the remains of Miranda and hands her to Mia. At this point, only a few of Heisenberg's metal soldiers remain fighting lycans outside the ceremony site. Chris tells Heisenberg that he can help him, but only if Heisenberg agrees to leave peacefully with them as the remaining metal soldiers and other monsters along with rest of the village are destroyed in the bomb blast from the megamycete. Heisenberg agrees and they all board the evac chopper and leave as the bomb is detonated. Chris and his team are shocked by Ethan's transformation and Mia explains everything. Arriving in Europe, Heisenberg is treated for his injuries and Ethan thanks him. Heisenberg rubs Rose across her head and says "Kid, I hope one day you're truly able to appreciate your dad and comprehend everything he's done for you!" He then places a small necklace containing an iron horse emblem in her small hand and smiles. Chris apologizes to Ethan about not informing him of what was going on with the whole Miranda thing. Ethan and Mia are relocated to a secret town in South America where a team led by Leon Kennedy has been assigned by the U.S. Government to watch over them. Heisenberg joins Chris' hound wolf team because he feels his life can be better spent fighting against the type of evils he was enslaved to instead of otherwise just existing as freak in the world. Plans for confronting the BSAA are put forth. The game ends with Ethan vowing to never let anything else like what happened a few days ago happen again. The closing cutscene shows Ethan opening a package with no return address containing Rose's teddy bear which had been lost in the village along with a note that reads "All cleaned up and good as new! This little surprise is on the house as per our first class customer service! Be well, Mr. Winters!" If you made it this far, thank you ❤
For as fanfiction-y as this sounds, I like this ending a lot. Ties up all the loose ends and there's a cute little present from the Duke at the end. Good job writing this vro
This is now cannon to me. Heisenberg, Alcina, and even Donna all had chances to play much bigger roles and even possibly receive some level some redemption. They're all monsters who didn't exactly choose to be. Maybe Moreau but I think he was too far gone trying to appease Miranda
Great ending honestly, Maybe its just me but I would’ve love to see Lycans fighting the Soldata troppers even other mold monsters like maybe Miranda unleashed a few more similar to Urias and the fish creature and even a short play with Heisenberg talking about how long he waited for the moment to attack Miranda. Other then that Its awsome!
Was damn near yelling at Ethan. Heisenberg was the only one that didn’t want Ethan dead for one reason or another. He wanted Miranda dead to be free. Ethan wanted Miranda dead to get his daughter back. Afterwards, if he turns on you for whatever reason, you have your superpower daughter.
I mean....He did want to be free, but you really think after killing Miranda and he still has his whole army, that he would just stop and live peacefully? He'd probably just start rolling out to take shit over. No, a threat like him would have to be taken down, but I would have done that after killing Miranda.
@@ReaperCaliber then Ethan would go and finish the job and deal with Heisenberg simple as that. Assuming Ethan is still alive after killing Miranda and the Mutamycete
Imagining that possible ending scene where Rose is with Mia and Heisenberg in the village it in the home Chris hid them in at the beginning of the game. “I’m home!” Rose calls out as she enters the front door, removing her shoes. “Hi honey!” Mia calls out from the kitchen, preparing a large dinner for the occasion. (The day Ethan died. It’s a memorial supper.) “How was it? Was he in good condition?” Mia asked. “His stone was doing fine mom. It was in great condition.” Rose answers back as Heisenberg walks into the room. “Hey there kiddo! How are ya doing?” Heisenberg asks as he sits in a chair. “I’m doing good. How about you Uncle Karl?” Rose asks as she sits on the couch. “I’m doing fine. But I had to clear out some religious freaks earlier today. Some claiming you to be a great goddess made flesh and mold again.” Heisenberg explains with a sigh. “Seriously?!?” Rose complains. “I hope you didn’t have any troubles with them.” “Nah, even without my magnetic powers, I can still knock some sense into a few religious nuts.” Heisenberg proclaims with a smirk. “Thanks Uncle Karl.” “No problem kiddo! Sucks that we keep being reminded of that bitch Miranda, but can’t do much about it.” Heisenberg explains tiredly. “But enough about that! Let’s go see what your mother has made for supper. I’m sure Mr. Redfield will be here any minute as well.” “Alright Uncle Karl, but I hope you and Uncle Chris don’t get too drunk again this time.” Rose exclaims with a sigh as she stands up to walk to the kitchen. “We’ll just have to wait and see kid. But I don’t make any promises.” Heisenberg says with a smile as he and Rosemary walk into the kitchen, smelling the delicious spread Mia has prepared to honour her wonderful husband.
whats most disappointing is that we never got to fight heisenberg in his human form. i loved both his badass hammer from where we first meet him and the way he controlled his knife. truly wasted potential
The dude seemed to wield a great amount of his powers just fine in his human form, that I feel like if the game was actually able to do so, he would've/should've been more powerful when transformed.
I always thought that Ethan should've negotiated with Heisenberg, rather than just tell him to go to hell and perceive him as an enemy over an ally. I wanted Ethan to say: "I'll help you, but we're leaving my daughter out of this." And it's a plenty fair negotiation. Ethan was the downfall of the other three lords, and thus would have been a valuable ally, even without having to use Rose.
Wasn't going to happen. Heisenberg was set on using Rose with or without Ethan. He was being decent and asking for permission first. If he had a chance to use Rose, he'll take it to ensure victory. We don't know how powerful Miranda was before Rose weakened her, so Heisenberg still felt he needed Rose despite all of his weapons. Also, do you think Ethan would be that much useful in a fight against a non weakened Miranda that even Chris is cautious off?
Yeah or he could've just asked how Heisenberg intended to use Rose as a weapon before getting assuming the worst. Cuz maybe what Heisenberg meant is use Rose to weaken Miranda. Since Miranda's power seems to weaken after she summoned rose, Heisenberg could fight and distract her while Ethan rescues Rose. And if he wanted to, he could just tell Chris to detonate the bomb after they escaped to kill the metamycete along with Miranda and Heisenberg~
Yep, Miranda was using Rose regardless of whether you were there or not and Heisenburg was going to use Rose's powers to kill Miranda. Either way, Rose was going to play a part, it might as well at least be for the right people. Just say "I'll help you, but when we get out of this, Rose gets to have a normal childhood" or as close to normal as possible. Honestly he'd probably be a great ally and he'd probably have your back even after Miranda was done. It doesn't seem like he wants more power, he just wants to get Miranda. He'd probably see Rose as just like him and be like a loving uncle to her and with his powers, she'd almost never be in danger. Heisenburg would have likely ended up becoming a Blue Umbrella agent after the fact and used his powers against other monsters like Miranda. He had the potential to be a great anti-hero.
@@outofcontext728 Well, we didn't know Miranda would take Rose when Ethan went to talk and fight Heisenberg, and we wouldn't have known that Rose would weaken Miranda after the ritual. It's just convenient leaving rose alone and Heisenberg not taking rose first which was just outside of his factory. As far as we know only Miranda can make Rose whole again, so how could they use her as a weapon to begin with? Ethan was just collecting Rose with no idea on putting her back together.
I wish I could’ve sided with him he genuinely seemed like a decent guy besides the whole murder stuff I feel like he would feel indebted to Ethans sacrifice that gave him his free will and would repay him by protecting his family in the village
Actually fun fact Heisenberg never actually hurt any of the villagers all the robots were already dead and he got the corpses from Miranda’s experiments and the graveyard
I love this character so much. He has a great personality, ability, and a great character design. I didnt wanna kill him. The pain hits different when youre killing your own favorite character. I hope there's an alternate ending. I really wanna see him again.
"Controlling people's free will is not what he's all about", that's exactly what I think about Heisenberg. I would've loved it if we got to see two different endings and they gave us an actual choice that would alter the storyline. I quite loved Heisenberg as a character and I really hope they didn't fully kill him off as a character.
Of course he would let Rose decide her own fate but he is still an infected psycopath and we never know how his behaviors can change Rose's mindset. But I agree, I would like to see a scenario like that.
@@davidrekul But Jacks main ability was the regeneration. I don't think that Heisenberg can regenerate too, because the only ability we saw from him was the control over metal.
"If Capcom gave players the option to side with Heisenberg, what would that look like?" A: Too much coding. We're under a deadline here to release this fucking game.
@@Daniel328DT yeah I’d like to see Ethan and Heisenberg teaming up as much as anyone here but literally having an alternate ending behind a paywall is not good at all. Especially when the choice is already presented to you in the base game, but you just can’t make the decision yourself.
Yes. That's the same thing I thought about. Game designers sometimes just don't understand players. I mean RE:8 is great game, but still it's a shame. Playing I was thinking "oh nice we have a choice". This cutscene was made to be player's choice, but no eh...
Honestly, this whole game is filled with tons of missed opportunities We have 4 lords that were hardly even used and just used as bossfights, I think it'd be pretty damn cool if we could join any lord. Maybe the first house we arrive at, Dimitrescu's; we have an option to join which lead us to staying there the entire game learning more about her backstory and character and would lead to noncanon ending. if we refuse we move on to the bossfight and proceed. Then move on to the next and have the option to join or refuse again giving us the option to learn about them.
Honestly there could've been an alternative ending where Karl could save or even sacrifice for Ethan to save him. Ethan could be alive in ending and even telling his daughter about "uncle" Karl who saved my life
I was just thinking about this! He could have used his powers to save Ethan (if he still got his heart ripped out), because he had a greater understanding of his powers than Ethan does! There would be no way that Heisenberg would have allowed the now twisted BSAA or Chris and his people to use Rose and treat her like s%#@ either! He would have not stood for that for a f-ing second! He could have used his big f-ing army to fight Miranda while he saves Ethan! Ethan, after he wakes up and sees Heisenberg next to him:' How?' Heisenberg:' I'll explain after s%#@ stops hitting the fan!' Even with Miranda's lycans and whatever else, she would have been destroyed by Heisenberg's massive army!
I don't think Ethan can survive when they nuke the Megamycete. His whole body is basically fungus and he starts to crumble as soon as Miranda's dead. I think Ethan is toast regardless. Either that or he just takes ages to regenerate again. I actually hope he's dead though. Let the man rest, he's seen enough.
I had 2 ideas for how this could go: 1. Ethan and Heisenburg kill Miranda, but then Chris blows up the factory, making Heisenburg think that Ethan betrayed him and then he becomes the final boss. 2. As they both kill Miranda, she inflicts a fatal wound on Heisenburg, and he dies having finally gained his freedom
But don't the factory have no use anymore cause the purpose of the factory is killing Miranda. Heisenberg probably gonna retire from that and start a meth empire
I really love the second idea, is always heart touching when characters die but they're fine with it because they died realising their dream. like the bittersweet ending we got with Ethan's death but at least he died knowing he managed to save his daughter.
For all we know Heisenberg was so adamant about dealing with Ethan in their first encounter, because he wanted to keep Ethan alive so they could join forces, I do thin it would have been really cool to see things like that explored if they let Ethan join forces with Heisenberg instead of fighting against him
I like to think that this is what truly happened. because in that scene his commentary seemed like he could see ethan (like him saying that ethan is doing when when he dodges the giant lican)so why would he not see ethan not only go into that hole in the wall but also crawl out from under the spikey log
I think the game is hinting at this. Because when we're running through Heisenberg's gauntlet you can clearly see that we only ran through half of it. The very next room you see a wall spike trap, then you see a ceiling spike trap. I believe Heisenberg turned those rooms off since it would seem those traps would have likely killed him.
DLC for RE village maybe : 1. If Ethan joined Heisenberg 2. There still 1 BSAA who still a live ,honesly 1 BSAA bioweapon got killed and team Chris found him and took him on her plane (you Will see in ending RE village) 3. Side mission a team Chris when Chris was on a mission in that's village That's my theory 😁
I believe he also lets Ethan escape on purpose. Come on, how is his grinder simply jammed by a handcuff? He puts on a show only because others(Miranda, Donna, and Moreau) are still watching.
I think it would have been really cool if they tied the (sadly nonexistant) "join up with Heisenberg" with some ingame challenges. They could have had Ethan argue that he might be enough to help kill Miranda with no need to involve Rose and depending on wether the player managed the challenges or not Heisenberg sees Ethan as having the potential to be enough (=team up) or not (=current plot). Joining up doesn't have to be the canon ending, but I'd really love to see how it would turn out, since Heisenberg is my favorite of the four lords.
i just imagined Karl, Chris, and Ethan sitting around a fireplace drinking beer while in the background Rose as a 3 year old is playing with duplo blocks and Mia is making something in the kitchen
Well yeah rose did end up a BOW class under chris PLUS, rose was still alive right? Even after being in the flask means Thoughts of her dying wouldn't even be considered cause she is powerful than Miranda. And Heisenberg knows this too well if he could just be like ada wong and sugar coat Vague it....Both could have both ways on a Truce
Yeah, I see people arguing that if they were to team up, Heisenberg would kill Ethan and raise Rose himself in some kind of terrible way, but that’s literally what happened anyways. (Like, they literally wanted to shoot her when she got pissed, that they called her Evelyn.) And I really feel like Heisenberg would not use her and abuse her, because he knows what that feels like, and so he’d know that it’s best for everyone to let Rose be whoever she wants to be. But that’s the magic of fiction, you can make up whatever you want and let that be the truth.
well he did mention later on that he would use Rose to be "even more powerful" right before the boss fight. So Heisenberg wont control Rose as a father but might MANIPULATER her as a father just like what mother miranda did to the other lords
Yeah, i personally would work something out myself. Like "ok, but no killing Rose to do this plan" or "I'll help, but we leave Rose outta this" or something along them lines. Cuz then Heisenberg is happy likely, Ethan feels at least better bout the plan, and all goes down in epicness
because in 7 that decision doesn't change the story at all. But here you want 2 total different scenarios that completely contradict each other. At the end, one of them would not be canonical, so, it will become a nonsense choice.
@@fohru9456 many games offer alternative storylines and I reckon Village could have done the same. It could have still offered alternate endings along with the canonical ending
honestly instead of completely denying heisenberg, ethan and heisenberg could have made a deal with compromise to not use rose or just keep her away from the plan but both of them team up to defeat miranda. And who knows like he said if this was a choice of either chris or heisenberg's route, then he would also be seen as the one taking care of rose instead of chris in his route.
Heisenberg and Ethan could’ve made a deal like, “You help me save my daughter, I’ll help you kill Miranda.” That sort of thing…. Shame it didn’t turn out that way.
now that i think about it, heisenberg’s death traps were probably to test ethan as a potential ally. he says “lets see what ur made of”, he puts on a show to challenge him so his family isnt suspicious of his rebellion, but secretly hes rooting for ethan to live and take out his siblings. he compliments ethan a few times while hes trying to survive. plus i like the idea of him setting up all the yellow-marked items to help you, since the signs he puts up are also yellow-marked. hes been monitoring you the entire time.
Don't forget he is watching us, and he definitely saw how no blood or guts came with that spiked spinner trap. But did he even try to see if we were dead? No, it seemed like he was telling his family that "hey, trust me he's definitely dead no need to check"
@@semi-useful5178 ur right, plus he didnt even check if hes dead? he was clearly monitoring ethan and he’d know immediately there wasnt a corpse or even any blood 🤔 if he wanted a blood bath to entertain himself and his family why wud he NOT check????
ALSO!!!! when you get the jackhandle, the "look out the window" to see the code is written on the back of a photo of a soldat's cadou reactor!! of course he wad helping ethan all along!
If anything, Ethan and Heisenberg were a match made in Mold. I mean, can you imagine what their combined strength could’ve accomplished-not to mention our metal man had a goddamn cyborg army and once seeing the optimal success rate of this alliance, even Chris and the other BSAA units would’ve fought by their side against Miranda. It would’ve been an Endgame-level epic battle tbh.
I think I’d love a Heisenberg ending more, seeing as there’s so much story potential for the relationship between Heisenberg and Ethan in that short time, and how his daughter would react in the scenario of being adopted by Heisenberg who sees her as Rosé instead of Evelyn. Not to mention being a father figure who worked with her dad very well, instead of Chris who seems to be a bad guy to her, seeing as how she mentions even he doesn’t know stuff about her. Like she hides it. Anyways good what if!

Mia then tells him that he's the most real Ethan that she'll ever need him to be. They passionately kiss as Chris apologises to the both of them for not telling Ethan the truth sooner, saying that all this would've been avoided if he'd just been honest with him from the beginning. Mia convinces Ethan to forgive him but he jokes to Chris that the owes him two fingers. Chris just smiles and says "Maybe we could come to an arrangement" They laugh as the Helicopter flies them to safety. Epilogue: 18 years later. Ethan, now with two new prosthetic fingers, watches with Mia and thier new twelve year old son; Karl Winters, at Rose's graduation from High School, just as Rose receives her diploma, Ethan gets a message from Chris; "Ethan, you and Mia are needed. Definitely underused, and compared to Lady D, underappreciated. Compared to the rest though, even Miranda, Heisenberg's pretty popular in the community now
@@cainyourkids Every lord was pretty underused. They could've made the game twice as long to fix that, but I think there's gonna be a lot of DLC's to play
@@luukdevoogd1071 each Lord, definitely, though I feel their areas were set enough. While I would like to see more of them, DLCs would be the best way to go. I already find House Beneviento and the Reservoir tiresome to speedrun through while I do challenges.

I think that Heisenberg would be a really cool ally. Imagine fighting with a telekinetic maniac, a giant crazy plane engine, and millions of robot zombie hybrids, and then when you die, rose has the coolest life with Mia and Heisenberg in the most wicked village, a castle, the coolest dad ever and her actual mother.
This would make for such a sick DLC, whether it's a hypothetical situation that we get to play through, or Capcom enabling us with a choice when confronted by Heisenberg's offer
@@juliusadrianeespraguera6322 no water at the alter, and it was stated that the ritual couldnt be complete if the false children were still alive. Thats why miranda kills you after you kill Heisenberg. She was waiting to see who would win and kill the victor.
I think an interesting “what if?” would be “what if Donna betrayed Miranda to help Ethan?” There is that note you can find where she says “take good care of Rose” that seems to imply she doesn’t want Miranda to win
If Rose grew up with Heisenberg, I imagine she’d have to confront him when she learns about the experiments he’s done. She’d point out how hypocritical it is to pursue personal freedom while taking away others, but that’s assuming she’s still morally upright. By the chance she’s not, a future game starring her would probably make her a morally questionable character that learns that what she thinks is normal may not be quite so. Also, it seems that that Rose drained Miranda’s powers, meaning Heisenberg would have reason to turn on her when she’s older, possibly viewing her as another potential Miranda
He shouldn't have said "Hey lets use ur baby as a fukin weapon!" Should have just keep it as "You and me kill Miranda, and save Rose." Edit: Holy shit this is the most liked comment this fast ive ever had
Maybe that was the only way the thought he could beat miranda. Ethan on the other hand should have been less stupid and just offered Karl another way to do it without using Rose. In the end he used Rose himself. Remember how because of Rose Miranda's powers started to leave her?
Two different endings would’ve been great, as for which ending I think would’ve had the best outcome for rose would probably be the Heisenberg ending, sure he’s a little rough around the edges and acted semi-sadistic but if he got control over his actions I think he could become a decent dad/uncle for rose aka not using her as a weapon as he would know what that’s like
Heisenberg looks like the type of guy to give you a favor if you did something for him and he honestly looks like the type of guy who would have more mercy toward children
@@tuackanxu he did it to create bioweapons to be free of Miranda. I see it going 4 ways - 1. Ethan kills Heisenberg after they kill Miranda 2. Heisenberg kills Ethan after they kill Miranda 3. Heinsenberg dies by Miranda to save Ethan (Displaying a sense of humanity in Heisenberg) 4. They both let the other live free after killing Miranda *Edit* - Adding a few more that includes Chris 5. @@fine_ol_chap i think 4 would happen heisnberg wanted a normal and free life instead of becoming a slave to Miranda and ethan wanted his daughter and Side both would get şarj they want

@@fnafworks6228 hey consider yourself lucky in a way since some leave or never was there for their kid yet also importantly you can't let him be totally overbearing and controlling either because like all of us he's seen some shit and he's scared for you or he has regrets of not making or taking better decisions so he's trying to live it through you but remember it's your life and only God to answer to in the end
Ethan had Heisenberg’s rose flask he had no reason to fight him. Ethan would have no reason to even go to the factory. Heisenberg didn’t need Ethan & Ethan didn’t need Heisenberg. For the sake of the story the game makes you needlessly kill Heisenberg. Ethan is needlessly combative with Heisenberg & Heisenberg needlessly forces Ethan to fight him. It’s honestly just bad writing.
You're especially right about Heisenberg not needing Ethan; which I think makes the entire thing even more regretful since in reality Heisenberg could have just ignored Ethan but instead offered an alliance just to have as little fatalities as possible.
I think using ethan as a trick would've been his tactic before and ambush or something. Remember when he pointed out how all of this was a test for Ethan from Mother Miranda ?
That would have a cool kind of ending. The next game could be both sides having to team up for some reason. Sometimes like Chris working for the inside. That way its shows Chris as a good guy. It would make sure Chris fan don't get pissed. It would also be a good way to utilize both the metal soldiers and Chris team.
I honestly hoped that when it came to Heisanbergs offer, we'd be given the chance to choose what to do. He's personally my fav character and I think being on the side of one of the "bad guys" would be interesting.
Man this would've been epic. Take away the choice, and Ethan out of nowhere decides to help Heisenberg. Total game changer, surprise, etc. Then after Miranda is finished (and it takes the combined forced of all three 'players': Heisenberg, Ethan, and Chris) the game makes us choose our ending: Heisenberg or Chris.
The most interesting part is Heisenberg never said he wanted to take over the world or anything like that. He made his whole army with the sole purpose of defeating Miranda. I really wonder what his plan would be after if he teamed up with Ethan to defeat miranda.
I would've liked the option to team up with Heisenberg. It would bring a sense of agency and would solidify Ethan as a character, no matter what you choose. It would bring Heisenberg a catharsis to kill Miranda and even if he does end up dead, he would die a free man and by his own creed. Heisenberg basically went along with Miranda's test because he also needed to know if Ethan would be any help against her. That's also why he was so insistent to Miranda that he should be the one to torture Ethan. He knew that Alcina would just kill and eat him and he couldn't count on the other two either. Moreau would never betray Miranda and it's hard to tell where Donna's true allegiance lies so it's not worth the risk. After Ethan killed the other 3 lords, Heisenberg knew that he is a tough son of a bitch and would be a valuable ally in their shared goal. I think Ethan is a dumbass for not even considering it or negotiating the terms of an alliance with Heisenberg. He could've easily said "I'll help you but we'll leave Rose out of this". Ethan has a better footing for negotiations than he thinks. And because controlling other people's lives isn't really on Heisenberg's agenda, he can be trusted in those negotiations too. It would certainly make for an excellent DLC, Capcom! *wink wink*
There needs to be a “B Scenario” DLC that features Chris going through similar events prior to Ethan that explains why and how he ends up in areas you find him in.
like a separate ways of sorts? for those who don't know re4 which village heavily inspires from had a DLC where you get to see the game but on ada's pov, and she was the equivalent of chris in village
@@nighTmareCSGO given how chris’s squad members each seem to have their own personalities and area’s of expertise, it’s totally clear their setting up some kind of dlc b-type scenario.
Karl took his glasses off when speaking, offered a chair, didn't kill him with an easy trap. I honestly believe Heisenberg has a great amount of respect and really had good intentions....excluding the circus games of death at first though
Even the circus games of death had escapes dotted around, almost all of them marked with yellow tape to basically say to Ethan "Hey, go here!" except for the last one, which had a conveniently dug-out hole instead.
Considering the circus games of death also has convenient blind spots AND an area to escape the spike-trap and break Ethan's chains and cuffs, I feel like this particular gamut of death must've been designed beforehand (based off Heisenberg's research) to be all flash and no bang, just in case Miranda offered Ethan to the other Lords to dispose of. Alcina offered to string him up on meat hooks and turn him into wine, after all. Moreau might put on a pathetic act, but his research with the cadou directly lead to the humans forcibly turned into lycans, and Donna...well, I like Donna, but I'm pretty sure getting driven insane by floral gas hallucinations and eaten by a creepy giant fetus monster counts as a bad ending too. At least Heisenberg's Saw-style games offered at least a little bit of a chance to survive.
I can see heisenberg being an unexpected good option as he'd very much encouraged rose to be free in all she can and he gives the vibe that he'd honor someone who helps him so rip to future boyfriends for Rose lol also infinite pet doggo lycans
I personally feel like Heisenberg should‘ve survived RE8. Why? Because ever since Wesker died, the series lacks a „true series Villain“. Wesker always had his fingers somewhere in the story and he made a lot of appearances troughout the games, even in RE4. And since his death in RE5, the series is lacking that presence of an always present Villain. Heisenberg could’ve been the new Wesker. He could’ve survived 8 and went on to allign and help BSAA create *mechanical* Bio Weapons in 9 and maybe from there, he escapes to appear in 10 again and etc. He has the charm, he has the looks and most importantly, he truly possessed the powers to challenge every RE Hero and even overpower them, just like Wesker. Edit: i mean, yeah, Eveline seems to be a constant presence now, but do you really like an annoying child more than a charismatic Nazi with Magneto Powers?
Nazi is a bit much. Yeah, Heisenberg is a charismatic, temperamental arsehole with a mountain-sized chip on his shoulder due to Miranda's decades of cruelty and manipulation, but he still offered a heck of a lot more of a deal than the rest of the village (if anything, Miranda's psychotic obsession with finding the "perfect vessel" to her precious Eva through repeated human experimentation and atrocities was closer to Nazi eugenics than Heisenberg's preference for tinkering with machinery). If anything he's more like a screwball, half-feral Dr. Frankenstein with a heavy dose of Magneto. Still definitely dangerous and with an ego to boot, but not completely evil in the way Wesker was.
@@thejasminedragonmerchant6843 i said Nazi because i read that someone said the Necklace Heisenberg wears around his Neck is that if Nazi Soldiers. Didn’t bother to fact check it thou
Remember in Biohazard you had the choice to choose between Mia and Zoe? Capcom should’ve given us the choice of going with or without Heisenberg. Like if Ethan were to join him, Ethan would inevitably meet up with Chis, and Chis would tell him about Mia is still alive.
I was actually thinking about this idea today. I feel like if Heisenberg didn't say words like "use" when describing Rose, Ethan might have had a different response to his proposal.
@@LewdMama well no, I think just different wording. Like he can give the same information with lying or being manipulative. “Using” implies he only sees Rose as a tool and nothing else. If he said something like, “harness Rose’s powers against Miranda” maybe Ethan would have agreed.
He was probably getting desperate and impatient, only having a couple of hours to overthrow Miranda before it's too late. Since he spent most of his life as Miranda's tool, he might actually have some reservations about doing the same thing to another.
@@LewdMama In a way, yes. In a way, no. Manipulating the situation for it not to escalate, but since he's genuine about his offer, it wouldn't be manipulating Ethan against his wishes.
They should make an alternate ending where this great idea would implemented in the game. Also, if chris didn't said that mia was alive then ethan wouldn't be sacrificing himself.
@@jigokuNeko that might work though I think the way Ethan was written in his mission was the downfall aside from the fish and maybe the puppet ( both I think wouldn't be reasonable to make a agreement ) then the game could easily have skipped enough areas and saved hassle Though having each Lord as a ally / party member when duking it with Miranda it could change how the battle plays and make it easier for the higher difficulties
Thing is, how do we know that would always ring true? It sounds tempting; but we can't guarantee that Heisenberg wouldn't suddenly go powermad just like Miranda! Another thing is, he seems too "eager" to grind Miranda into paste for my liking. Someone who is that bent on destroying some else could easily get worse! That isn't someone I trust my daughter with at all. Heisenberg is simply too dangerous to be trusted.
@@tensiahuddleston9983 I definitely see it as a 'the enemy of my enemy dies second' scenario than any actual, true alliance had Heisenberg and Ethan worked. The way I see it happening was Ethan double-crossing Heisenberg while he's off fighting Miranda lol

@@cainyourkids I could see that happening as well! Very good point! Even IF they worked together, Ethan probably wouldn't trust him any further than he could throw him!
Honestly, the devs had a chance to potentially sway the Four Lords to turn against Miranda in the story narrative. Imagine having a different ending depending on who you sided with. Or if you convinced all of them.
That wasnt the purpose of the story The story purpose was to mimic the Village of Shadows fable told at the very start of the game, with the book creatures matching the four Lords During the credits roll it is revealed how the story ended; The father and mother found the child, the father went on to fight the witch with the torch while mother saved the child from the mirror The father then told both the mother and the girl to run away as he stood his ground and fought the witch as the forest burnt
@@pedroabumanssur976 oh I got that vibe from the storybook clearly. But from a gaming aspect, at least give the players a chance to change Ethan's fate somewhat (even with the obvious outcome). Being a fan of the original NEMESIS sequel, I liked that aspect. And with how certain Lords were written like Heisenberg, clearly there were aspects that the devs likely wanted to do more. But I'm sure it might be relegated to the cutting room floor of unused content or potential DLC.

I agree.
I feel Heisenberg would've been the type to break from the cycle, or try his damnest to not perpetuate abuse, just out of spite. But, yet again, he is a rather chaotic character, and we'll never get to know anyway.

Winters!"

“I hope you didn’t have any troubles with them.”
“Nah, even without my magnetic powers, I can still knock some sense into a few religious nuts.” Heisenberg proclaims with a smirk.
“Thanks Uncle Karl.”
“No problem kiddo! Sucks that we keep being reminded of that bitch Miranda, but can’t do much about it.” Heisenberg explains tiredly. “But enough about that! Let’s go see what your mother has made for supper. I’m sure Mr. Redfield will be here any minute as well.”
“Alright Uncle Karl, but I hope you and Uncle Chris don’t get too drunk again this time.” Rose exclaims with a sigh as she stands up to walk to the kitchen.

I wanted Ethan to say: "I'll help you, but we're leaving my daughter out of this."
And it's a plenty fair negotiation.
@@tokenetta8070 i mean if the ritual already happened then they could beat her so...

I had 2 ideas for how this could go:
@@user-xc3hb1kx1b BAHAHHA METH EMPIRE
I really love the second idea, is always heart touching when characters die but they're fine with it because they died realising their dream. like the bittersweet ending we got with Ethan's death but at least he died knowing he managed to save his daughter.
I can see those happening. Or Chris kills him after Miranda is dealt with.
@@user-xc3hb1kx1b Starting a meth empire.... I can see that happening XD
DLC for RE village maybe :
1. If Ethan joined Heisenberg
2. There still 1 BSAA who still a live ,honesly 1 BSAA bioweapon got killed and team Chris found him and took him on her plane (you Will see in ending RE village)
3. Side mission a team Chris when Chris was on a mission in that's village
That's my theory 😁
I believe he also lets Ethan escape on purpose. Come on, how is his grinder simply jammed by a handcuff? He puts on a show only because others(Miranda, Donna, and Moreau) are still watching.
Well he was also the one who brought Ethan for an audience with Miranda and the rest in the first place.

(Like, they literally wanted to shoot her when she got pissed, that they called her Evelyn.)
And I really feel like Heisenberg would not use her and abuse her, because he knows what that feels like, and so he’d know that it’s best for everyone to let Rose be whoever she wants to be.
But that’s the magic of fiction, you can make up whatever you want and let that be the truth.
@CruzZ thats what im saying why do people think this guy is a good guy? he literally Wants to make his daughter a weapon
well he did mention later on that he would use Rose to be "even more powerful" right before the boss fight.

I absolutely LOVED Heisenberg. I wish we had been given the option to team up with him :( or at least the option to spare him.

True
Maybe that was the only way the thought he could beat miranda. Ethan on the other hand should have been less stupid and just offered Karl another way to do it without using Rose. In the end he used Rose himself. Remember how because of Rose Miranda's powers started to leave her?
Could have just explained Rose had the power to weaken Miranda and it was the only way to make her mortal?
Yup, like hell a father can accept that his daughter will be used as a tool.
i thought it was rose was the only way to kill miranda
They really should’ve given us a choice, like how you could choose to cure Mia or cure Zoe in Resident Evil 7: Biohazard.
You find journals of his experiments on children though, I thought?

I see it going 4 ways -
1. Ethan kills Heisenberg after they kill Miranda
2. Heisenberg kills Ethan after they kill Miranda
3. Heinsenberg dies by Miranda to save Ethan (Displaying a sense of humanity in Heisenberg)
4. They both let the other live free after killing Miranda

I'm not entirely sure if Ethan would've been the kind of guy to just straight up kill Heisenberg after they'd kill Miranda/saving his daughter. I mean in all honesty that sounds kind of heartless for Ethan to do something so sudden like that, but hey, I guess we never know
While I would love 4 to be a thing, 3 would definitely be more impactful.
@@fine_ol_chap i think 4 would happen heisnberg wanted a normal and free life instead of becoming a slave to Miranda and ethan wanted his daughter and Side both would get şarj they want
I saw number 3 happening, except instead of Heisenberg dying to save Ethan, it was Ethan dying maybe to save Heisenberg or someone else.
There's still a chance to make it happen. This should totally be made into a DLC.
Imagine fighting Miranda alongside Mutated Heisenberg as an ally
If they made this a DLC story path I would pick it every time. Heisenberg legit sounded like an ally until Ethan gave him a hard pass to the offer. Damn it Ethan you faceless monster!
If he didn’t mention using rose as a weapon i think ethan would have really considered it

Interesting. I could imagine the reason they didn't do this is "but where would it go from there" and that's what you answered.
The whole "chose Heisenberg" option would have been really interesting to explore
Yea even more BS is that Ethan collected all the flask to open the door to Heisenberg factory
Did not Heisenberg say he knew what to do with the flask? That was the reason went there in the 1st place.

Karl took his glasses off when speaking, offered a chair, didn't kill him with an easy trap. I honestly believe Heisenberg has a great amount of respect and really had good intentions....excluding the circus games of death at first though
That circus was a test, he said it
He had to play the part of a good servant until he was ready.
There was also Wesker's sister
He’s not a Nazi and Heisenberg isn’t evil he’s just tired of Miranda’s bs

So manipulating and lying? To trick him to do what he wanted?? Just like miranda??? Lol

Honestly, the devs had a chance to potentially sway the Four Lords to turn against Miranda in the story narrative.
Imagine having a different ending depending on who you sided with. Or if you convinced all of them.
That wasnt the purpose of the story
The story purpose was to mimic the Village of Shadows fable told at the very start of the game, with the book creatures matching the four Lords
During the credits roll it is revealed how the story ended; The father and mother found the child, the father went on to fight the witch with the torch while mother saved the child from the mirror
The father then told both the mother and the girl to run away as he stood his ground and fought the witch as the forest burnt
So basically if Heisenberg was the one taking care of Rose instead of the people that treat her like a bioweapon Heisenberg would have been a good father figure and Rose and Heisenberg will be strong together protect each other including Ethan because he wouldn't have his heart Rick out since Heisenberg is helping out
