Why don’t you get married in Zermatt? There is a Tiny Church just before the Findelhoff mountain restaurant. The Matterhorn overlooks the restaurant and church.

i went to zermatt and had never skied my friend took me to the very top for my first try lol lets say i achieved my first front flip after 20 meters in the sleigh only lane at that... but i absolutely loved the views and feel in zermatt it truely was a wow moment for me....... cant wait to go back.

Great video. Switzerland is my favorite country to visit in the whole world . I've only been in the summer time though. Can you please tell me what month this was all shot? All ski runs don't look crowded at al, yet there seems to be plenty of snow around the top of the mountains .
It’s very recent, the end of December 2023. It’s indeed not crowded and very comfortable to ski around

It’s very recent, the end of December 2023. Best skiing is perhaps in February when days are longer. But the area is open until approx the end of April. But you can ski in Matterhorn Paradise even in the summer. Always make sure the weather is great.

What a great video. Did you film that with a GoPro? My friend and I are headed there on the 22nd for a week. We are both advanced skiers. Where would you reccemind we ski?
No, on iPhone. GoPro has a worse quality overall. If you are advanced, I recommend the part with Matterhorn. If you want to enjoy the ride and views, then the Gornergrat side is amazing. There is also an Italian side too included in the pass (make sure to ask for it)

Would you recommend going there in Zermatt at the start of February? Will it be crowded and what about the quality of the snow?
It’s perhaps the best time. It might be getting a bit warmer, so you want to check the weather typical for February in Zermatt.
And yes - it will be crowded. But perhaps not as much as in other places because the area is very big
been there multiple times in different months, zermat is top-notch in terms of skiing, pistes are absolutely great even in warm conditions and it's not crowded at all in comparison with other resorts. i'd say it's one of the best places to ski in the world
@@egorvodopyanov9264 it's getting crowded in Feb-March, unfortunately. Especially the part from Gornergrat. I suggest checking out Saas-Fee from the very top, those slopes are relatively empty and big, which makes them great for speeding.

@@kodaisik7324 A gimbal, always a gimbal. Digital stabilization doesn't work for such videos, unless it becomes an action cam style. External stabilizers are the best choice in this case.

Nice video as such. Gave a good impression, what kind of slopes Zermatt has.
What is noticable in vlog is, that almost all people seen dont know how to ski.. Their tecnique sucks... but... They are all tourists on vacation. For them the point is to enjoy the great views and just slide (without edging any) down the blue runs. So... Its very good that there are plenty if easy runs.
Snowboarders handle it better. The group of children with ski instructors was nice to see. The place gives an impression of nice family destination.

@@rossellarosin , yeah I can definitely do it. Just not sure if everyone likes time (some people get bored). For such videos, the recorded sound is too bad (windy) to be used. Downloaded sounds of skiing and wind may work, but they are hard to synch with the moving image.
if people get bored, it's not music that saves the video. Whoever likes skiing likes the sensation of being there! use asmr as keyword and you'll see visualizations rise imho@@SwissAdventure
