- In this video I will be showing you how I've been pampering my husband for the past two years now. I noticed when we first started dating his feet, hands, and legs took a beating from all the football (soccer) playing he did in his youth. I have been treating his feet and hands with manicures and pedicures to restore the nails and skin. Ive been using BLACK SOAP to thoroughly clean the skin, apple cider vinegar and baking soda to soften the skin on the heels to remove all dead skin, oils on the nails to restore the original color and keeping them moisturized. He absolutely loves to be pampered and I love to do it!!! Acts of service as on of my love languages that I like to give. What is yours?

that's what it is, we have curly coily hair, not naps. I've always said that and I've never liked the term nappy really, I believe we should stop using negative connotations for our attributes. When our hair is healthy and full, all of our texture gradations are beautiful ❤

I order my black soap from Nigeria and it last so long, a size of a quarter can cleanse your whole body. Can't get the whole thing wet. I love that soap, it cleared my face and I feel really clean after and I also use the African body scrub net too..
