    Well if you really think about it is there really such a thing as an inappropriate comment? Is there really ever such a time for something to never be said? If anyone's interested there are some films that are out on CZcams of Prince Philip being a goofball at a press conference or something like that? I heard he was quite the card and nobody really ever got mad at his comments and if anybody did the queen would always shut them down.
