Correct, the blinking is only on camera, does not do that in person. Yes I have been up steeper inclines, you won't go full speed, but at the same time your not pushing it either. Also cones down to weight, the heavier you are the slower it's goes and vice-versa

that's blinking because of the camera refresh rate, it doesn't blink off camera 😅👌
