No brackets that I recall. Of course, I did not get brackets with other machines either, gravity keeps them in the base, if I understand what you mean.
I don't recall them but its been a long time since I had that machine. I guess Jet is the one to ask and hopefully get some if they were to be included. or needed.

thintz12 they're for the bottom base, to prevent the machine from tilting over. Everyone I have asked received them but I did not.
