I love the Jack and Jill bathroom. Everything about this home is beautiful and so very livable! It’s a mountain home so it should have a back door/ mud room for all the skis and messy dogs. And you know I always love the front entrance to have a place for shoes and coats 😊
I'm blown away! This looks so very cozy! I don't need a 3 bedroom though since I won't have any more kids so I could turn one bedroom into a home gym and the other into an office/art room. The Jack & Jill could be where the HVAC & hot water tank could go as well as more storage. I agree with one of the other comments having a bigger deck off of the sitting area for a hot tub, grill & chair swings. Amazing design and I absolutely love the materials used inside and out!
Jasper I think you did a great job on this house. It checks all my boxes and if I want bigger porches I can build them bigger.
What a beautiful house.
Jasper, am I missing something or does one of the Jack and Jill bedrooms have no closet? I personally would make a home office/craft room out of the J&J living area, closing off part of it and giving some space to create a closet in the bedroom without one.
Very nice, not what I’m looking for but I’m sure there are many people who are looking for a rustic design! I’m more country cottage/beachy themed!
Nailed it. Perfect
Need a coat closet, tv, and pantry near kitchen
Beautiful ❤
Jasper, this is a beautiful house! I love the fireplaces! But you forgot a closet in second bedroom. And please a coat closet near the entrance. Love the laundry room and half bath!
« MAGNIFIQUE » absolument!! [ Une maison de rêve.. ] vous faites de très très belles maisons. ❤ from Québec
Reminds me of the dog run homes
Wow🎉❤
🤯❤️👏👏👏👏👍Love it!
It's a beauty of a house
thank youuu ^^
This is beautiful Mr. Jasper@jaspertran8016
Love the "footprint" of the structure. Personally, I can do without as many windows/glass, but understand I'm in the minority on the issue!
Я с Вами солидарна! Мне тоже не нужно столько окон
Que entrada linda com o jardim🤩🍃☘️🍃🍀🌵🌴🌷🥀💐 🏡
Bella❤
I love your designs especially the one wite sun porch in the middle of the house with 2bedrooms and Jack and Jil bath howbig is that house
1,500 square feet.
If this is intended to be a mountain home, ceiling fans would need to be put on high ceilings to help distribute heat around the home and keep floors warm in the winter. No AC is needed in mountains. I know, that's where I live.
I would have the laundry room close to the bedrooms
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Pretty house but seems discombobulated
I love it, ♥️ everything, in the kitchen where the stove is, it looks like a small fireplace, that's cool, and it's different but love it ♥️
I miss having a coat closet and bench at the entry, and two fireplaces is overkill. The one in the dining room could be replaced by a TV. Jack-and-Jill baths work in some family situations but not in others.
I would reverse the half bath and laundry room. Don’t like seeing it from the living room, even if there’s a door. With the small size family room, I would much prefer to see the entry door swapped with the window that’s in the dining area thus allowing access to the porch and more seating space in the family room. The only thing I would do differently in the kitchen is decrease expenses by adding a range with double oven allowing for more storage space/pantry. Nice Master Suite. A Jack and Jill bathroom is nice but associated bedrooms need closets. What most concerns us about the home is the heating and cooling zones given the small central area of the house. We would likely put in two separate systems.
Bingo!
In the jack and Jill bath there needs to be a tub/shower. Then the commode can be moved over. This makes way for a closet in the front bedroom that has no closet. Nice to have formal living room and separate family room. Move the outside access door in the family room to the backside of the house where there can be a mudroom. Kitchen cabinets are a design choice. Overall I like this one. Tweaks.
Not my favorite.
I hate to watch these fake videos
Oh my! I'm always intrigued by your initial presentation, Jasper; however, I'm equally puzzled by your floor plans. Why are there two front entrances, one with a hard, unattractive bench next to the "main" fireplace? A laundry room is NEVER a design feature to be seen from the (presumably) living room.... Open floor plan kitchen simply way too early 21st century with another fireplace? Primary bedroom has a door at its windowed walk-in closet/dressing room/pass-through to private bath. Why? Makes absolutely no sense! Uh, "Jack and Jill bedrooms" only have one cupboard (not really a closet) so "Jack's" room is just that -- a room, not a bedroom, and "Jill's" room , jam-packed for no reason. Your alternate (bumped out?) schematic is better, but as is design is poorly planned. Truly sorry to be so seemingly harsh, but I think you have basically creative designs.
