    Oh wow! Didn’t think to use the self adhesive card stock for cards.
    I use it ( with my joy) to cut cute shapes that I seal envelopes with. It makes the envelope look special. Thanks 😊

    I have all the Cricut paper you mentioned, except for the Sticker paper. I think Cricut paper is great quality. I agree about the Kraft Board. I use it a lot and keep a supply of it on hand. I try to stock up when Cricut has a sale.

    Thanks Angie for the clarification of all the different cardstock available to use on the cricut and for mentioning which cricut can cut what type of cardstock. Very valuable info for sure! I had been wondering if the Explore Air 2 could cut kraftboard and you explained that as well, so my question was answered! Again, thanks for sharing.

    I love and use all those cricut products! Nice refresher on them. Those birthday cupcakes are adorable! IF you have this as an option, use the double scoring wheel on the heavier products; makes life easier!

    Cricut newbie here! Your videos are very good and informative. I have been struggling to cut cardstock (have done all the basics like making sure my mat is clean etc and still having no luck) and want to give up and return my machine.
    You are giving me hope though, so thank you!
    The sticker adhesion machine looks so good! I didn’t know there was such thing. I’m struggling to get my glue stick to work between layers haha. I’ll have to get one 😊

    Hi Angie - just a note that the poster Board is white core so you will see a white edge to the cut

    I just discovered the foil poster board and love it. I like the smart cardstock as well. I haven't used either very much though.

    I’ve used the sticker card stock for labels. They would be permanent labels because it’s very hard to peel them off if you change your mind.

      Hmmm. I didn't have much issue. Anything that was hard to get off I just used water to dissolve the label then goo gone.

    Hi Angie, you definitely have taught this old dog new tricks! I saw the self-adhesive card stock on the Cricut site but never thought about how I could use it and also the Kraft board that I almost never think about… brilliant ideas! I know it’s not a Cricut product, but that adhesive in the blue gadget that you roll the paper through, could you possibly link the name of it? it looks amazing! Thank you for all of this as usual l learn something every time!

    Hello Angie, I love watching your videos. I have an air 2. Just before Mother's Day, I was able to print and cut. Did they change something in the program. I did calibrate my machine first and did not have a problem or maybe I misunderstood what you were saying. Thanks for sharing. Have a blessed day.

      Print then cut on the Explore Air 2 is for white paper only. Colored paper requires the improved machines.

      It is a Xyron sticker maker! Small, cheap, portable, and manually operates.

    Thank you! I am so used to using the card mat with my Joy to make cards I didn't know you could do that on the Maker without a mat. Is there a tutorial? I love the glitter cardstock and the foil posterboard! I am going to have to get some of the paper sticker cardstock! That opens a lot of possibilities and ideas for me! I am curious as to what that little blue machine was that you were using. I couldn't really tell what it was doing.

      Ok found out XYRON create a sticker Amazon has small 1 1/2” and 3” and 5” (that’s the one I just bought)

      I would not use their cardstock to print on only because it is textured.

    Which blade is needed for the kraft board? Does Design Space have the box template you used (Chinese take out)?

      You’re probably talking about the Xyron sticker maker. You put paper in it, and it adds adhesive to one side, turning your paper into a sticker.

      Cricut cardstock is about 80 lb weight.

    Question ??? My maker 3 asks for a longer mat when using the large sticker paper. what am i doing wrong >>

      If your sticker paper is over 12 x 24 then it will ask for a larger mat. Try going to settings and changing your printed paper size.

      Oh in Design Space you would search for mug and filter for free in projects. There should be some mug templates there!

    I want to write a teacher name on a chalkboard what kind of card stock should I use?

      You can cut the name from any paper but I would probably use a removable vinyl.
