Today Willis and Atu are heading out. Atu has to find a white dress for her friends party and Willis has his hamstring testing today at the Wales rugby headquarters also known as the barn. Atu goes with him too.

A really great video to see father and daughter together what a great relationship they have so great to see . A big thank you to Willis for allowing us to see what goes on with the physio I had no idea what was involved with a hamstring injury it has given me an insight in to what players go through to get back fit . What a cool guy Willis is a great sense of humour . Big thank you to father and daughter for the video wishing Willis good luck for the rest of the season
