He only didn’t recommend it because he’s not a trained and professional doctor so therefore he can’t LEGALLY give that recommendation. Antacids are safe to take as long as you read the directions on the box!
This really helped understand pH and everything thank you. I have a project on the antacid: how does it work? Well you helped me figure that out thank you! (:
Cheers for the Video! Sorry for chiming in, I would love your opinion. Have you heard about - Iiyayloon Straightforward Interest (search on google)? It is a smashing one off guide for destroying your heartburn issues without the headache. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my good mate called Gray after many years got great success with it.
Kudos for the Video clip! Excuse me for the intrusion, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you considered - Iiyayloon Straightforward Interest (Have a quick look on google can't remember the place now)? It is a great one of a kind guide for destroying your heartburn issues minus the hard work. Ive heard some super things about it and my mate after a lifetime of fighting got astronomical results with it.
Nice Video! Apologies for butting in, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you heard about - Iiyayloon Straightforward Interest (probably on Google)? It is an awesome exclusive guide for destroying your heartburn issues minus the hard work. Ive heard some decent things about it and my close friend Aubrey at last got cool success with it.
Uh.. milk of magnesia is NOT an antacid!! It's the strongest laxative made. It doesn't sat antacid anywhere on the bottle lol. Hope people don't try this at home thinking it's a great cure for heartburn. It might neutralize the acid .. but this stuff makes you blast water out of your bowles like no other...
Supposedly, a very acidic stomach is good for you. It helps kill bacteria and effectively digest food. Believe it or not, but heartburn and acid reflux occurs when your stomach acid is weak. When your stomach acid is weak, the flap that opens and closes between your stomach and esophagus stays open allowing that acid to get up and out of your stomach and causing that uncomfortable burn. Taking an antacid will make it feel better because it neutralizes it but then you are not ultimately solving the problem. However, if you drank a mixture of apple cider vinegar and water, this makes you stomach more acidic again allowing the flap to close between your stomach and esophagus, preventing the backflow of acid plus it helps you digest food better leading to less bloating and less discomfort.
Well you have to consider dietary restrictions for that such as lactose intolerance. Also, fresh milk, if okay with your body type, is better with some water diluted rather than raw as that may leave you feeling sick.
Carl Nelson hello, sorry I thought you were only the uploader I would've phrased it differently. Anyway, spicy foods don't stimulate acid production in the stomach, greasy foods do. Also the main problem for what I know is not the acidity of the gastric juice but the valve between stomach and esophagus which gets irritated with spicy foods for example and doesn't work properly. Gastric juice than get's through it and corrodes the esophagus, this is acid reflux. 1:10 "you can visually see how it changes to a red even to a yellowish color" implying red comes first and then yellow when it's the other way around. Don't take my word for this though. I'm not a doctor I just saw a couple things that didn't make sense.
Carl Nelson hi, just wondering: i thought Calcium carbonate, baking soda and the milk of magnesia were only neutralizing the solution and the buffers were more ones like ranitidine or omeprazole and then having proton bomb inhibitors like nexium.
Who is here to know what's going in their stomach as they are suffering from acid reflux or GERD
I wanted to see the other 2 things tested too. Still a nice presentation.
This is actually very interesting
Anybody watching this with a tummy ache? 😣
Yup 😖

How did ur project go
Great video! This would be a excellent science experiment to setup for kids.
And a little hydrochloric acid

Yeah, I heard about the vinegar helping but not the flap thing. Why would it cause the flap to close?
Wow, helpful!
you almost had it
Wonderful, thank you!!!
*chicken wings* and *tacos* me thinking I'm eating acids and not *food*
very interesting
Well presented
simplistic view of the human digestive system..
My stomach keeps begging me to stop eating spicy food, but its just gonna have to understand 🤷♂️

you mentioned kidney stones...I've never had any but what are the chances of getting kidney stones if you're taking calcium carbonate?
What are the chances because kidney stones are scary, i heard they hurt.

I’m 30 years old and I now need tums after I eat pizza. Age is just a number, right?
Gotta switch up your diet. Pizza is so bad for you even once week i would not recommend eating it

👍
Thanks sir
Lol how did they end up going to Giant Eagle, Kroger AND Walgreens for this.....
I use Tums
What's the machine called ??
I would LOVE to know this too.
Why does eating spicy food increase acidity?
Because it is acidic, some food are acidic, another is neutral while some are alkaline.
can of diet coke always fixes it for me. Partly because it's often caused by dehydration.
Using tums now
Does a glass of milk help just as well as antacid for anyone else?
Rasta_boy Whole milk or half and half
makes it worse for me
Not really
No

Where is the lanzoprosol explanation, this is the most commonly used and doesn't work like these ones shown.
