I am aware there are black conservatives, but if the show really wanted to push back hard on the race and gender hysteria, it would DARE to feature just pissed off, heteronormative white people, particularly given that they take the brunt of this bullshit. Including the black guy feels like a nod to the bean-counters, a sense of trying to prove that "conservatives aren't racist." It's weak sauce.

Did anybody ask for another ugly adult cartoon? I enjoy good animation, but this style is hideous, uninspired and it's frickin _everywhere..._ Practically every animated show or film these days looks like this in 2D, or like Wish in 3D. This show looks like a low budget rip-off of family guy, bojack horseman and f is for family, only with way too on-the-nose commentary ripping wokeness that comes across as dryer than Melinda Gates' snooch.
I get what the creators were going for, tryna relate to the people who watch these kinds of shows, get across a different message type thing, but it's so cringe.. They really missed the mark on this one

Disappointed by this show. The jokes aren’t funny and the pacing is slow. Idk how to fix it, but it does not work for me.
Listen DW people, you may need time to make this better. After all, not every classic show was awesome out of the gate, but listen to the criticism. There were no jokes in this whole clip.
The problem is this wasn't the set up for a joke in the episode, this was the whole joke. You only see like five seconds of the play. Karponzi is really the weakest link in the show because all his jokes are very lazy. It's when Mr. Birchum is making crass wisecracks with his friends and family the show is actually funny.

@@wackpendejo3000 Well, animation is time consuming and expensive. A 24 second cartoon has over 1440 frames animation. And as a result the animation style needs to be simplistic in order to put out the animation in a timely manner.

Having watched all three episodes so far I do think they get better as they go on, though this show is clearly miles-away from Simpsons or Family Guy at their peaks.
