If red are defenders, maybe It Is better they they don't go to goal and score but they seek solutions forward. I prefer, given the Age of the hits in the video, more specific works. Massimo
Given the area of the field this takes place in why would they not go to goal to score? It appears they're playing from the back and being pressed by the 3 red defenders.

Coach, how would you use the same idea with 231 system? 6v4?
Would be more of a 7v3 or 7v4 positional game.

So you can vary the space based on skill level of the players. Larger for less skilled, tighter for more skilled. This is 20 yards x 25 yards.
