Great to see these matches but please present them in the correct ratio. By showing this in 16 x 9 you are cropping the top and bottom of the picture losing about one third of the frame.Not a complaint but a suggestion.

Yes - already looked at this - only two settings. Last year I also looked at TV settings. I'm presently recording 'Protectors' from ITV4 but they all appear full screen (zoomed) with credits half missing. Most stuff is ok and come out at 4:3. My DVD HDD records programmes 'as shown' - 4:3 - as I tested it sometime last year - but it's not ideal for me to keep recording things using that. Easier to use the Virgin TV box but it's a bot old now. Thanks.

I agree - all the heads and captions are missing. Some channels do this on TV a lot - at least my TV box does.
@@garethbramley1 If you have a modern TV you should never have bits of the picture missing. If you do it may be your sat box is set incorrectly.
